Used to go here when I wanted a burger and fries. The burger this time was burnt to a crisp and half the size as normal, the bun was soggy and nasty. The only good thing was the fries .If I’m going to pay $10 for a meal that looks like it’s from McDonalds then I’ll just go to McDonalds next time. Really disappointed.

Cook out is usually good, but there is no cooking here. Maybe this location should rebrand to microwave out because everything tasted like it had been microwaved. Nothing was fresh. Shake wasn’t mixed enough. Chicken was dry as hell. Need I say more…
I visited 03/01/2025 and I was very disappointed. I ordered a Coke, quesadillas and a corn dog. The corn dog was cold and hard as if it’s been sitting there awhile, but the quesadillas were pretty good! When I pulled up, I was handed my food after paying and then the window was shut before I received my drink. I sat for a few minutes and the blonde woman working at the register turned away from me and did not acknowledge me, so eventually I drove off. The food was overall good 3/5, but the service was 1/5. Very disappointing as it was my first time visiting a Cook Out.

Idk how you mess this up. The ticket is correct but my drink is incorrect. I ordered a double cheeseburger and 2 Cajun fries with a vanilla shake. In the picture you clearly see it was a coke instead. The service was so fast I didn't think anything of it but the girl handing out food was so pissy I should have checked. I'm sorry she was having such a bad night and I hope she is blessed tomorrow, however you really shouldn't have people at your establishment that act like that they definitely need a different job that doesn't involve other people.

My son got takeout and I didn't have the food. One of the female employees used the restroom and DID NOT wash her hands afterward. I complained to management but not sure anything was done about it!
Food is great and they actually take pride in making it. Not your typical fast food stop. The guy with sleeve and hand tattoos is the brightest person with the best attitude. That guy needs a raise!

We first stopped at the Frankfort Cookout when they opened, years ago. We were shocked at the prices, service, and atmosphere. This location was not only excellent, it has the uniqueness of top notch customer service! Hearing, “My Pleasure “, each time we order is always pleasing and gives a personal touch. Although the lines are justifiably long, due to the excellent service and product, I would highly recommend the Frankfort Cookout location.
