I go to the drive through order two brownie blizzard two Cookie dough Blizzard. She reads it back as two Oreo two brownie. I correct her then pay. I get my order and it’s only 3 I explain I need a 4. That I ordered two apparently math is hard. After this lovely ordeal I come home to see I have two chocolate cookie dough one brownie and one chocolate chocolate chip. How in the world can y’all mess up that much hella disappointed. One out of 4 that was correct form my order

Ordered a chicken fingers and fries with toast n gravy, there must have been sprayed with sort of cleaning product IT MADE ME AND MY SON SICK! TASTED SMELLED LIKE CLEANER! DISGUSTING beware!!!

They serving old food. I order Some food and they put it in microwave and serving to me 20 second best location to eat food. It’s not good for your health.

The manager is a complete joke. Very rude and child like.

We went there today at approximately 1pm to get lunch. 5/21/24 . I ordered a cheeseburger only to be told you don't have any burgers at all. Okay I wanted to order something off of the 7. 00 offer for the sundae offer, and, I said that out loud. Well I don't like the chicken strips you make so what else do you have on the 7.00 menu but the hotdogs. So that's what we got.We asked for sweet tea with our meal, don't you know, No Sweet Tea! We have our meal, and, my husband goes up to get the sundaes only to be informed then. NO sundaes offered with the hotdog meal. They should have given us one to us just for the fact that we did try to order a meal that offered the sundae. With all of this, and, the lousy service I'm done going here. NO MORE! MY HUSBAND LOVES YOUR THIS PLACE. I DON'T, AND, I AM THE ONE WHO DECIDES WHERE WE EAT.

After waiting 10 minutes standing at the counter for someone to come take our simple order of 2 sundaes and a cone, we had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes before finally getting our food. The fact that 2 different customers came in after us and each ordered complicated blizzards but were served BEFORE US, while we were standing right there waiting, was annoying, but I literally had to ask the girl who had just come in on shift if she could make our food.The lone grumpy lady at the register that took out order promptly disappeared into the back to talk loudly to 1 or 2 other people who were standing around, not making orders or seeming to do anything, and then re-emerged back to the counter as we were eating. I heard her greet at least 3 customers and saw her come and bring an order to someone, all after an over 20 minute period of doing nothing and making us wait while she actively ignored us.I understand can be difficult to keep up when short staffed, and we were fine with having to wait. But it was inexcusable to take and prepare the orders of others who had come in after us while completely ignoring us, standing right there and waiting. Will definitely not waste my time coming back here again.

You can tell they’re hourly workers the way they drag their feet.It’s a wonder my ice cream wasn’t liquid by the time I got it.
