Food just is not good never has been. Order there less than a handful of times and not only have been dissatisfied but disgusted. I’m sure there service and atmosphere is good and the employees are doing what is expected of them. Not their fault the product they have to sell is unfortunately trash.

1st off if you don't have the app go get checked out, because something's wrong Hero. I stay right off East Main St. (and if you know, you know) I pass Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Lenny's and Little Caesar's "cardboard box with spaghetti sauce" to get to the "ol' Domino." Papa John's has good pizza, but this is Domino's review. I get a bigger bang for my buck here and that's due to the deals, coupons and Rewards/Points that are Exclusively from "online orders" only. The points accumulate quick and before you know it you're ordering food for the $FREE.99! The good ol "scratch my back and I scratch yours." (No P. Diddy) Lol I made spaghetti last night and forgot to get garlic bread; today I packed a bowl for work, checked my Rewards on the app and BOOM! Free jalapeno and bacon cheesy bread. "Yum, yum, yum,yum,yum,yum! Delicioso!!" Yeah, I know I'm extra but didn't tell one lie.

I always order from east side of frankfort, but today I order 2 for 6.99 got a pepperoni and sausage thin crust and Philly steak sandwich and a order of garlic knots . I got the pizza and 2 order of garlic knots. ?

I worked here as the assistant manager for a few months had to quit due to child care issues, I loved working with zoe (gm) & the rest of the dominos team. We always tried to do our best to make sure we got every order right and was delivered hot and fresh first shift rocked.
I will never, ever order from Eastside Domino's again. Yesterday I ordered Domino's.For delivery. I got One small Cheese Pizza and a medium extravaganza. Pizza with no Mushroom and olives. When I was placing my order when everything was saId and done with the total and such. I was told by the lady on the phone that my pizza would be there in 30 minutes to 35 minutes. An hour later goes by and finally, my delivery driver decides to pull up with my pizza. When I got the pizza , the pizza was hard cold And ffor taking one bite of my pizza it tasted like it's been setting out for days I first called Domino's back to explain to them. That it was very unacceptable, but when I was told that my pizza would be delivered in 30 to 35 minute and that the pizza was very cold and hard. The general manager of the East Side Domino's told me that they can resend my order. I told him I wanted my money back. That was uncalled for I've never ever in my life ordered. pizza from any pizza place That it took over an hour long for them to deliver it I called at 4 something in the afternoon to deliver pizza.And then I had to call them back.Damn there an hour later to find out where my pizza was told them I wanted my money backPattyk Sanders When I called the store an hour later. Tell them that my delivery hasn't shown up yet. Soon as the general manager got on the phone. My delivery driver was outside trying to deliver the pizza which I took the pizza. But I told her I wanted my money back. She said well, we can make you a fresh pizza and give you a store credit as to know. I want to my refund and she asked me if I wanted to store credit. I said no I won't be ordered from your store anymore. She got really snobby and rude and hung up. And she was also A Smart alec

I always order from we're I live but tonight I order and than waited a whole 40 mins than some how my order was cancelled couldn't tell me why than I called and ask them have they made my food and the guy on phone said no than they said they was gonna make it and bring it to me no big deal than they brought it to me and the guy that brought it said he was on his way with it the 1st time but some how it got cancelled so I mean to tell me my food been waiting for 1 and half hour and they dint make it fresh just brought my old food u can tell my cheese sticks and sauce both fit in the box
