Truly disappointed with thr food quality this morning. The hashbrowns were soggy. I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese and the meat was burnt beyond recognition. And the iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Actually tasted like vomit. Its 9:30 am. Not a single person in line. Ive been to McDonald's in NYC at midnight that were 10xs better and busier. This establishment has no excuse bur pure laziness. Its sad

I want to start off by saying that the employees at Dunkin are exceptional! Very friendly and kind. Today I went to Dunkin like I do everyday before work for breakfast. I always get a mango Dunkin refresher with green tea ,no ice and extra concentrate along with a breakfast sandwich. I have been going to Dunkin for over a year now. I’m there 6 days a week. Starbucks used to be my place until I had a refresher from Dunkin. Today I went and was told that they can no longer make my drink because they don’t have a up charge button. I never cared about being uncharged I understand with no ice comes extra product. I get it! However, I was told they can no longer make my drink. Wow! What customer service! Dunkin would rather lose a customer than find a way to up charge. Really blows my mind. Guess it’s back to Starbucks for me. Good job management for losing a loyal customer!

While in the drive thru to get a coffee we told the lady that my daughter was gluten free and needed the server to put gloves on to make her coffee ..what we got was a ha and a rude lady telling us that their syrup probably had gluten in it..but never checked

The workers are always nice every time I get food it's always fresh. Are donuts are amazing in the drinks are definitely recommend the Sabrina Carpenter drink. Tastes amazing!,

I don't want to be this person but Katherine you are the backbone of this store. I come in all the time and Katherine is CONSTANTLY working cleaning cooking. I was waiting to order and 3 people walked by on their phone without acknowledging me, whatever ya know? But Katherine stopped everything she was doing to assist me with a smile! She didn't even give anyone a dirty look or a side eye for not doing their job and that just makes me want to be more like that. Katherine hats off to you! ðŸ¤

I won’t even lie this might be the best DD I’ve ever been to. From the food to the people. Amazing 😂 I never even leave reviews for anything but i had to for this.
Food / drinks are overpriced and tastes bland or like pure sugar . That's the only flavors they offer , salt and sugar . Donuts are pure sugar and dry and flakey . Breads are flakey , drinks are pure sugar and I couldn't drink mine after paying a steep price for it . Employees were friendly enough but the atmosphere in there is cold and dry .
