Edited to say by now, 8.15.25, I immediately responded to the below email and included a copy of my DL to prove I am who I say I am, since the instruction they left was here in the open for the world to see (🤦♀️) and I have not heard one peep back from anyone associated with Fazoli's Changing all to 1 star and would probably give 0 if I could bc really? Why even post the crap below just to continue to ignore me? Smh.

Paid extra for meatballs, didn't get them. Tried to call, no answer. No return call, horrible that I would have had to go back over and order of meatballs, which were pretty pertinent to my spaghetti unfortunately. I was just hoping next time to get them and I can't even do that since after 6 calls, no live employee ever answered the phone and when I left a complaint it was never addressed with me. Nobody ever called, text or emailed me to address the problem even though I left ALL of my contact info to facilitate that. Disappointed.

This was the perfect afternoon to go into Fazolis!! The food portions were good and the service was impeccable. Everyone from the lady that took our order to the manager that brought us our extra breadsticks and had friendly conversation with my wife. It was just an amazing experience 07/24/25 @5pm. Thank you

got our order wrong. 1 person doing it all, while another just standing around on their phone. my husband stood at counter waiting for assistance to get dessert they missed giving us and 1 worker stood there on his phone and wouldn't help. the place was dirty.
A little odd in that there is a drive through and inside you order at the counter. I would personally prefer a typical table <~> server structure. That said, the food was brought to the table and the staff did check-in a few times.
I will definitely visit again! Yummy!
