Ordered platters which contained slaw…was never delivered by waitress. I personally went to kitchen & asked for it. When food was brought the onion rings had been cooked for hours (not edible) & French fries tough & lukewarm. Fish & burger was acceptable but not freshly cooked. When paying the bill we were asked how meal was& we said not good. Lady at register told us she was sorry. But no offer to make it right.

Food was excellent. Exactly as I remembered it to be. Service was good considering the ratio of clients to employees. 2 wait staff from approx 2 down tables. Not a ridiculous amount but thr wait for refills and the check wa way slower than it should have been. Not mad about it though as it was the first time I had Frisches in years. 😀

It's fine. Place is clean. Salad bar could use more attention tho. This has been sitting for a while. It's never really busy at night either.
Portions are smaller than what you get in school lunch. Truly a rip off and example of companies squeezing people for more and giving less. It did taste decent and the staff was ok, just not focused on customers as much as I would think for this state.

I got the cod dinner. The fish was burnt and small. Told waitress she replaced with the chicken fingers they were tiny. Son got the big boy burger platter. The burger portion was paper thin it was like eating just bread. The service was horrible. Talked to a manager about the food and he didn’t offer any solution or acted like he cared. There was no napkin dispensers at any of the tables. Will never eat here again. I can see why the chain is going out of business!
