Been eating here for years. Overtime, the food has gotten less tasty. I’m not sure if it’s ingredients, but included sauces aren’t as rich as they used to be. Portion sizes and plating has been consistent. Sushi has stayed consistent as well.

It’s increasingly hard to get servers to respect allergy requirements, which is the worse part of coming here lately.

The restaurant is quite dirty as well. I suspect the ceiling and walls haven’t been cleaned since I started eating here.

An updated PSA that while the food, service, and atmosphere remain great, prices (especially at dinner) have spiked. It's a sign of the times though some of the bumps seem a bit excessive relative to inflation. Ginza won't be in jeopardy of closing its doors but is likely to drive away some of their loyal customer base.

Hibachi is good food and entertainment. But I usually get a table and we get rolls to share. Their rolls are amazing and freshly prepared. Clear soup is good too! The salad dressing that comes on your dinner salad is a little sweet and fruity so I don't care for that. But overall great restaurant and great service!

Food is amazing here all the time. The cowboy roll is delicious! My kids love the chicken hibachi and rice. It is a bit pricey in my opinion but we don’t eat out often so it was worth it. For 5 people with sushi rolls and hibachi it was $100

All great except cheap tacky decor all over including serve ware. Fish tanks all around dining tables gross and dirty. Food is straight up awesome.

I can't remember the exact names of the menu items we purchased but the sushi and shrimp were to die for! And the presentation was over the top, loved it! I wasn't a fan of the dressing on the salad, it wasn't like the ginger dressing I've gotten at other hibachi restaurants but the soup was nice. We sat at the grill and our chef was really fun and energetic and it was a very pleasant experience. The fried rice was a little garlic heavy for my taste but still good. Definitely looking forward to going again in the future! (In the shrimp photo we'd already eaten half so the portion is bigger but it looked so yummy I stuffed my face before snapping a photo) also I ordered a mixed drink and it came in this cute pineapple cup!
