Went recently and received very poor service. Took over ten minutes for server to approach the table for our drink order, by then had already decided drinks, apps, food, etc. When the server was present, which wasn't often, she had an attitude or seemed to not want to be there. Both of my daughters are servers and talked about how bad our server was. The food came out, it was good, but they cook the burgers well over well done. Ridiculously dry for a smashpatty. We finally waved our server down for refills, but she only brought one refill for a table of five, all of us had requested refills.With that being said, we have always had great experiences in the past. We even noticed how amazing one of the other servers was in our section. She was attentive, informative, and had great energy. We just happened to have the server that didn't want to be there that day.

WHY WAS EVERYTHING SWEET? The bread. The bacon. The whiskey sour. I understand sweet elements were to be incorporated into the meal but you don’t DUMP sugar in.. the butter even the syrup that was to go on the waffle had the consistency of snot.. and the waitress did nothing to help.. couldn’t find her when we needed her. The people at the table next to us received similar service and was upset. Waitress couldn’t even be bothered to comp us a 65 dollar meal we were clearly upset with… This place used to be good wood now it’s bad wood. Steer clear. EXTREMELY UPSET. I went to penn station after because I was still hungry. Got better service there…

The best thing about this place is you can get a bourbon flight, which is nice to try different bourbon.We both had a chicken sandwich which was ok, the chicken was dried out.
