Never been to this location. Ordered 2 of their “BBQ Brisket sandwich combos”. 2 shake for the drink option. - what we got was 2 thee-quarters-of the way filled shakes, semi warm fries, and 2 sandwiches with no brisket at all!, limp bacon, and far too much mayo/ sauce. AND FOR $30!!?? Come on, you gotta do better.

horrible service. took around 45 minutes just for two people to order and get their food. staff did not seem to be in a hurry either and taking care of drive thru before people inside.
They did not have everything, they didnt have chicken tenders even tho they literally have it on the menu. Everything was basically out they need to do better by getting things stocked or stop being lazy and actually cook.

I love breakfast there! Excellent breakfast! My problem was with the experience today. They forgot my fork. This is the 2nd time they've forgotten a fork. I still love Hardee's, though.
