My subs were huge and fresh. All the ingredients tasted delicious and the staff were very helpful for decisions with toppings and add ons.
My husband and I happened to stop here last Friday and upon arrival, the staff was hard at work fulfilling orders for a college volleyball team. The entire staff worked together, all appearing very calm and even smiling while chatting with each customer. We have eaten at other Jersey Mike’s many times and always have a good experience, but wanted to make sure this staff knows how impressive they were and that we appreciate them!

I usually have a wonderful time here! But a certain worker with dreads was very rude to me.
I don’t know where they find their employees — but the people who work here are spectacular. So notable I am submitting this review. They greet you immediately and are so professional and kind. Have been here ~7 times. Perfection from every angle.

I used door dash this evening (1/8/2025) to place an order for Philly cheesesteak. I was under the impression that when a bowl was ordered, the meat would be put on top of a bed of lettuce with tomatoes. This was not the case. For 22 dollars, I received a small amount of Philly cheesecake in a bowl. Will not be going back. Wasted 22 dollars.
This was by far the worst sandwich I have had. I eat here easily twice a month and it’s always good. This time they saturated my sandwich with mayo and juices, and I specifically asked go light on those two items.
