I used door dash this evening (1/8/2025) to place an order for Philly cheesesteak. I was under the impression that when a bowl was ordered, the meat would be put on top of a bed of lettuce with tomatoes. This was not the case. For 22 dollars, I received a small amount of Philly cheesecake in a bowl. Will not be going back. Wasted 22 dollars.

This was by far the worst sandwich I have had. I eat here easily twice a month and it’s always good. This time they saturated my sandwich with mayo and juices, and I specifically asked go light on those two items.

1st time there and it was superb clean fresh , they honor their coupon which Subway did not. Ordered the porta Bella mushroom very good but alittle soggy cost them a star . I be back . Thank you

Clean restaurant and the workers were funny. Sandwiches were good and properly prepared. Consistent product. No complaints- it’s a sandwich and meets the expectations of a sandwich. Chicken Philly was hot and properly prepared and the Italian was properly layered.

I really like Jersey Mike’s usually but lately the Frankfort Jersey Mike’s had been nothing but disappointing. The older guy with the beard that works there acts like a customer walking in the door is such a bother. He is unfriendly, huffy, and rude. Then is crispy bacon too much to ask for? Who eats a BLT with half cooked bacon? By the time I picked all the uncooked parts off I maybe had 1/4 of my sandwich left. I think I’ll just start going to the Georgetown Jersey Mike’s instead. They are so friendly and don’t mind one bit to look for the crispy bacon for my sandwich.

Food is a little high. But the food is really good. Better than their alternative restaurants like the Green/Yellow one. No names to mention. I'll be back.

I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week. And I’ve donated to the people that stand out front four times. But I hate being on spot every single time I want to go get something to eat. I really don’t even know how you can donate to bullying. It doesn’t stop the bully but it’s just getting very annoying to get hounded every time I try to walk in to Jersey Mike’s.
