My wife & I stopped in for lunch after the baby doctor appointment and let me tell you what we wasn't disappointed, Fast friendly service and great tasting sandwiches. I believe the manager was Laura if I remember correctly. We will definitely be back!

There are not a lot of places to eat in Frankfort and, even though it's a chain, the staff here are very friendly and helpful! The store was very clean and neat as well with the sandwich piled high on fresh baked bread!

I accidentally ordered from this Jimmy John's instead of the one my side of town, online. They brought it anyway even though it was out their district, because at the time I didn't have a way to get it after they have already prepared it, thank you so much! You all are awesome and appreciated!!

Consider yourself warned -- this is the slowest Jimmy John's in human history. I just spent 20 minutes in the drivethru to get one sandwich. When I got to the window, they somehow had lost my order between the speaker and the 10 minutes it took me to get to the window after that. This place works at a glacial pace when it's empty, and it's not even worth a visit if it's busy. If you're working in downtown Frankfort, save yourself time and just drive the extra distance to the store on Versailles Road or have your sandwich delivered.

We have ordered from here before and other stores as well. We ordered a "Little John", a smaller version of the regular sandwiches. Since we have had it before, we knew what to expect. Instead, we received (see photo) this.. I received a refund because I know what this sandwich is supposed to be and it definitely isn't this. The manager offered to remake it, but I declined because I could see a clear box above their sandwich station with more tiny loafs for "Little John's".I think it's safe to assume that whomever made the bread that day messed up and made the loafs to small. It's disappointing because they served something that should not have even been made. We instead went to Penn Station and spent around the same amount for delicious sandwiches.

Every time we order from here some thing is wrong. Today was the last time we will be going to this specific location. I ordered a sandwich, the way it came, nothing changed and half the toppings were missing. I had to go to the counter three different times to put my own sandwich together the way it should have been to begin with. Very disappointed in the laziness of the employees, especially for how much a sandwich is there.
