Love it❣️. Sammy jumped in to greet us right away, provided excellent service on Sunday August 25, 2024 at Frankfort Johnny Carino's. She took excellent care of us. Sammy got all our orders correct had food to table quicker than i every had. Great food friendly atmosphere. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Frankfort because of the great service and delicious food we are served so well everytime we eat here! Thank you Sammy You have a way of making us Customers feel well cared for like family and that is a blessing!

We came in for lunch today, My family received impeccable service from joceylyn through our entire meal. She was kind, patient with my kids, knew exactly what to recommend to my picky eaters, our food was hot, and our drinks stayed full. 10/10 experience. I hope we get joceylyn every time we dine here!

Came in and got the best service from Jocelyn, she answered all my questions with a smile on her face and made sure my drink was always full.
POOR SERVICE!!!! I’m never going here again. Me and my boyfriend were very respectful to the staff and politely smiled at the staff when they handed us our drinks, And yet we caught them talking about us, Saying how we didn’t leave a tip (We did!!) and how we were rude and disrespectful.. My own aunt who was there in the restaurant caught her talking about us.. Safe to say we will never go there again, although the food was delicious the staff were rude.
