August the 13 @ 4:50 ish pm I went through the drive through and I was very upset with my service that I got there from the blonde long haired girl she was very rude with me and I couldn't look at the menu without her saying what else very rudly to me I would try and add on something and she kept on trying to rush me and cut me off she then messed up my order after me repeating it to her five times and then when I got up to the window to pay for it I asked her to repeat my order she stated it's correct don't worry then I paid for it and she gave me it and I set there at the window for four more minutes before she saw me and I told him u forgot my country fried steak dinner she said I didn't add it I said that's why I asked you to repeat my order that you swear it was correctly but it wasn't then It took five more minutes to get my food then time I got it it was all tipped up sideways in the box all smached together it was a very awful mess I just though it in the trash it was the worst service I have ever had I'll never go back to that store ever again she even yelled at the truck parked in front of me that was wanting for their order as well she needs to be fired before she makes u lose ur good costumers I always went there at least once a week and now I get service like that it's not acceptable

Ordered food about 50$ worth at 9pm and I guess they didn't want to cook anymore so they just gave us leftovers that had been sitting out out day. Because not a single thing we got was what we ordered, which was in a sealed bag and didn't look till we got home.

First off they didnt have no food no crispy chicken no French fries no wedges no smashed potatoes no sides at all lol I thought they where joking but w.e then the lady insults my wife so we leave because of the manners the lady had then my wife decides to go back and ask for a manager the lady then tells her she is the manager! She didnt want to give her name said good luck getting ahold of the district manager....well we leave I called corporate never done this in my life but I think who ever actually owns this store might want to know how their store getting run into the ground and probably get new management i actually work for a staffing agency in town and I'm positive i could help you with your situation the owner deserves better than what management now is doing and customers dont deserve to be treated like that I gave corporate my number ill be seeing you guys soon hopefully to help you with your staffing problem.

This KFC location has always had terrible service but I was craving their tenders and some mashed potatoes & gravy sonic thought I would give them another chance. However, the drive thru employee refused to sell me a meal without a drink, yet neither drink option I chose was available! The employee was very sarcastic & condescending as well! I will never go back again!
Jamie had the best customer service skills. Super sweet, energetic and ready to help. This is hard to find in fast food places. Need more people like Jamie around ! Thank you !!

Probably one of the worst kfc I ever been to people behind the counter called me a liar because they did not pack my food correctly and forgot multiple items. I wish there was at least one good kfc in Frankfort but that will probably never happen. After waiting 40 minutes for my food it’s not ridiculous I expect it to be made right. This kfc will never see my business again. 0/10 stars

Every time I go to this location I get told its 10 to 15 minute wait on chicken, or they are out of chicken. That's right KFC out of chicken...every time I try to order here there is some lame excuse and literally not a single customer in side nor in drive-thru. If I actually try to take on a 10 minute wait I end up waiting 25-30 minutes in my car. I give up on this location.
