One of the worst KFC I've ever been to in Kentucky.
Wait, let me rephrase that.. It is THE worst KFC in Kentucky.
Went to drive thru, quick ordered, paid, and left.. Easy right? Nope. As soon as I put my hand in the bag, the sandwich I ordered is cold. And I mean, cold. But I don't have time to go back to deal with it. So I thought whatever.. Then I start eating the wedges, oh my god, every single piece is hard. Really hard to the point that my tooth are hurting from chewing them. Unreal. But that's not the end.. Their nuggets are so sad, that the chicken probably cried in their grave. The breading is falling off. And guess what? It's cold!
Then the 1 thing that's supposed to be cold, is indeed cold, very cold. My soda is so cold because 90% of it is ice. 5 sips and it's gone.. Unreal. KFC, have this location checked please. This is embarrassing.

Went to drive thru to place my order and there were 4 cars ahead of me. After a while, I finally made it to the speaker to place my order. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. Pulled up to the window and was not acknowledged again. I believe some of the cars in front of me got frustrated and left. Parked and went inside to place my order. There were several people inside waiting for their orders. I saw three people working and one of them was filling the orders. She pulled her cellphone out of her back pocket several times to read and text between filling the orders. They were way to busy for her to be on her cellphone! Not sure I will be back.

I go here often, and normally the food is great! However, just one bad experience can ruin it for always. My food was bad last time I went! It even smelled bad! Won't be going back, eat at your own risk!

Placed a large carryout order with lots of different items. Strips, sandwiches, several different side and drinks. Everything was correct and met expectations as far as freshness and taste. We don't eat KFC often, but they had a nice coupon on the app so I recommend you download that before placing an order.
Oh my gosh. I am so disappointed in these freaking mashed potatoes and gravy. Not only that BUT i also ordered a 3piece tender meal and instead got a crap ton of weirdly shaped chicken nuggets. Let’s circle back to these horrid, terrible, disgusting, disgrace of mashed potatoes and gravy. ILL JUST SHOW YOU. The gravy was full of powder, they also had the consistency of powder mixed with very little liquid. They were cold and all around the worst thing ever.

I sat in the line for 29 mins and it never moved and then I came inside there were people working and standing around no one ever acknowledged that I was standing there for over 10 minutes. I had to ask if someone could take my order. The woman on the line was not wearing gloves to make the food. Do better KFC

I went there about 2:30 in the afternoon and got a family bucket. The chicken was so old it was dark and shriveled up. We couldn't even identify what some pieces were.

UPDATE! WENT TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AT 9 P.M. AND DOORS WERE LOCKED! LOOKED LIKE A DESERT SO I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND REPORTED THEM. 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! Went to purchase dinner in Friday May 2nd 2025 at 9:25 p.m. to find KFC dark and closed! Hours are clearly posted 10 p.m.
