NEVER HOT AND NEVER READY. Every single time I go there, it's a 15 to 20 minute wait. I can be the only one in line and it's still a 20 minute wait. The cooks are usually outside smoking while 20 cars are in the parking lot. Ridiculous. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

They never have anything hot and ready. There is always a wait and your told to go around and park and they will bring it to you but they never do you sit and wait until you have to end up going in your damnself to get your order. Workers seem to be annoyed because your there. Just not a pleasant experience at all.

Nope, just nope. Employees had enough attitude that they decided they'd give some away. Pepperoni puffs had so much grease we could have slid some of that attitude all the way to the other end of the state. Smdh.

I've been going to the store here for a couple of weeks . First visit like every visit employees are outside the door and most of the time with it open while vaping ! Ok. The ladies that took my order were very nice and professional. The last time I went I purchased the same 2 things I always do. Oh my goodness. I couldn't believe it. My trio meat deep dish was awful. One side had a normal crust on one end the other almost like a thin crust. The other side wasn't cooked all the way through ,the other side was too hard to eat. My 2nd item was an order of pepperoni cups. That was a joke. Unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas and crazy puffs. Finally had to go back in and ask about my order only to be told my order has been given to someone else. Everything was so greasy. To be fair though I think they were understaffed.

Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Ordered the food in drive thru and then was told it’d be a 30 minute wait after I paid. Hour later, still no food. Lobby is closed, I knock on the door and they give me the entirely wrong order. They said it’s late and they’re closing so I have to call in the morning to figure it out. When I looked at the food I did get, the pizza was burned and looked horrible. They didn’t inform the day shift about this so the day shift people basically called me a liar and hung up on me thinking I’m trying to get something for free. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and they just hung up on me. I called back again and nobody answered. Every time I call, nobody answers so now I guess I’m now the “crazy guy trying to scam them.” I actually like Little Caesars but will never return to this location.

Ditching this horrible restaurant and going to Dominoes or Papa Johns from here on out. I ordered online for pickup in the lobby but they had the doors locked when I got there, so I had to wait in line in the drive thru for a pizza that was already ready for pickup. They do have some items that I like, but I'll not go here again and endure the rude staff and horrible service. I hope to see another franchise open up on the west side of town, which should force this location to close.
