Took 30min for a single pizza and bread sticks…. No explanation. Had about 20 people go in and out with no wait or minimal wait time. Employees were just jumping around and acting like children.

Need to have people pull forward to parking area if taking forever. It's a drive through so we don't have to wait 20-30 minutes. Not customer friendly. This is after 8pm at night

Always get under cooked pizza the dough is always not cooked fully it's sticky and not cooked they need a better cook and it it isn't raw and under cooked it's hard and black and burnt 🔥

I come here at least 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months and I gotta say it's always been great. Im very disappointed today though as I called ahead of time to place my order like always cause I know it get's busy just to get there and be told it will be another 8min wait which was fine id rather it be fresh than cold fast forward another 20min goes by and then they bring me my food which is no longer hot or fresh. Sad to say I had to throw them away and just order papa johns. Honestly don't think I'll be back again as today was very disappointing
