I had called made a reservation for 6:30p.m......when we got there checked in ....said we have u......we waited for over an hr .....I kept going up there to the waitress.....she said don't no what happen but u where taken out of the system.......she put me back in the system....an 45 mins later where still waiting .....an people being set in front of us......there was five of us ......but my youngest granddaughter could sit in a high chair ....so they could have put us in...
Service and food was phenomenal, but when we walked in and was sat. We were sorranded by filth. I would have looked over it if they were busy. That’s definitely not the case. The first picture is when we were sat. After multiple passes by staff and management, this was the second picture. Then after cleaning the tables, still nothing was done to the floors. Absolutely disgusting!!
LongHorn Steakhouse in Frankfort is an absolute gem, and if you haven’t tried their Parmesan Crusted Chicken, you’re missing out! It’s hands-down the best – perfectly juicy, topped with that rich, crispy parmesan crust that just melts in your mouth. With consistently amazing food and service, LongHorn never disappoints.
