I been coming to this One for many years unfortunately as of late doing a bad job if you decide to eat in they won’t deliver food to table and wait time is long management is Unprofessional with costumers and training seems lite meaning the only train the basics

Terrible service. It takes an hour to get thru the drive-thru, customer service sucks! Employees are rude and seem to be annoyed because they are there and management is ridiculous 🙄 Someone higher up needs to come and evaluate this store immediately and do a clean sweep and try again.

Walked in and was looked at by the staff in the back three times before someone finally acknowledged me to come take my order. Told the lady what I wanted and she rang it up for $1.00 extra. When I asked why she said it was a special meal that included the drink. I told her I didn’t want the drink or I would have asked for it to begin with. After finally correcting the price, I paid and was handed a bag of food. I was never asked if I was a rewards member or if I was dining in or carrying out. I took my “mashed-in-a-bag” meal to a table and had to wipe down my own table with some hand sanitizer I had with me because I was never offered a tray to eat from. I guess drive through gets the better treatment as it seems everyone behind the counter is constantly attending to. I though McDonald’s was trying to mend things with the public after the onions, prices and food issues they have experienced lately, but with service like this I don’t see how they will improve anything in the near future.

If I could leave no stars as a review I would. Quite frankly I never leave reviews but this experience warranted it and I’m surprised I’m even having to be in a situation to even leave a negative review for an order of two drinks only. I went through the drive thru and ordered to medium diet cokes one regular ice one lite ice. I pay everything is fine. Get to the next window where you receive your order and a lady opens the glass door and hands me both drinks them promptly closes the door. I couldn’t tell which one was regular or lite ice so I decided to stay parked. Got her attention and asked her which one was light ice or regular (they both looked lite ice) the lady pops off with an attitude says I don’t know I didn’t make them then proceeded to shut the glass window/door before I could even get a breath out. This lady needs some assistance finding a new job in anything other than customer service. I was polite the entire time. Really never even had a chance to even be impolite but good gosh that was the rudest unprofessional experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever had. I do not recommend the McDonalds off Versailles road in Frankfort Ky at all and would steer clear of it. Incident happened on 08 November 2024 around 210 ish pm.
Chicken Big Mac was amazing. Food was fresh, order was correct.
