Cleanest Panera we’ve ever been to. We all know those Panera restaurants that are constantly trashed with straw papers on the floor, crumbs on the tables, and overflowing trash cans. In fact, we agreed before going in that we would leave if it was like that. Not at all. Clean restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty.

They don’t even deserve a star aid rather drive 3 hours away than to go to this Panera bread the manager there is big fat and rude and always has a negative attitude dude needs to not work with the general public horrible customer service and their speaker at the drive through is always so loud I might end up going deaf if I go through this drive through again I hope someone sees this review and fires the manager

Bacon Turkey Bravo and Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bowl! French baguette I out lots of honey on and microwave! So good! Quick and easy lunch! Bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and Caesar salad. Bag of chips for the side and a cinnamon roll for $14

It's pretty good! But the new coffee machines that grind the beans and brew the coffee; they suck. They make weak coffee, the iced coffee comes out warm so you need to cool it with more ice which just makes it weaker. Not good at all. Just brew some regular coffee please. Otherwise a nice clean location with easy access

Was just at Panera in Frankfort and I am so mad that I can't breathe. So for starters we ordered 2 whole sandwiches and only got 1 1/2. Then plainly ordered small drinks and she gave us medium sized cups and charged me $3.19 apiece for them. Told her about the sandwich situation and she wasn't helpful at all and very rude. Just the day before we were there and they gave us our food in "to go" bags. I told the guy we ordered it to dine in and he smirked and said "my bad" and just looked at me. Funny thing is we eat there twice a week and sometimes 3 times BUT never again. I wouldn't do business with them if I was starving to death and they were my only option. We will be driving to Lexington from now on. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! STAFF HAS VERY POOR ATTITUDE!!

I genuinely can't stand this place lol and the food is good, that's the sad part. It's their staff. Every. Single. Time. I only go through drive thru, but literally they have gotten my order wrong every time. And I'm only ordering a bread bowl of soup and drink. They are rude. They struggle at their jobs and leave little faith in future generations.

Went in to pick up for delivery, the girl at the front fully ignored me and was standing there texting on her phone. She saw me enter and heard me say “i have a pickup” - still then just locked in on her phone. Other customers standing around me shaking their head. She lifted her head after two minutes and said “someone else will help you”
