Ordered a pizza for delivery and they got it incorrect. Called and they happily fixed the issue and sent a second pizza. Upon receiving the second pizza, when I opened the box, there was a roach IN the box.

I got a order of chicken Parmesan bites and a pizza with pineapple and ham and I am going to say the food looks sad. The bites are not worth buying no chicken hardly in them turned one of them over it was burnt the pizza I'm trying to find the ham. I use to order from Papa John's a lot and they was terrible now I tried to give them another chance nope won't do that again I'm staying with Domino's.

Very rude person at the register. No one manning the drive up window. When I pointed it out I was laughed at. Several vehicles remained waiting at the drive up window. I had to go inside to get my order. Evidently they don’t have a night manager.

If I could give zero stars I would after my experience today. We order from this location quite a lot and the pizza we order our kids is always the same. All we ask is that it is light sauce. Every single time we get it it’s not. Usually though they are so kind and remake it for us. Today the manager himself was extremely rude to my husband and denied it was wrong. Not only that but he refused to remake the pizza leaving our kids without their special lunch for their back to school celebration.

We pulled up to the window after the app let us know our pizza was ready and were told that our pizza had not been made yet, despite the app saying it was ready. We had to wait 20 more minutes for our pizza and when we pulled back up to the window there were people behind the counter that didn't even work for Papa John's having what looked like to be a party. They were screaming and yelling and running around the front of the restaurant. We rang the doorbell and had to wait an additional 5 minutes for someone to come to the window again. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Will not come back.

They employ the right employees. (except for me in 2003 lol) Their cheese is just the top of the food chain. No matter where Poppa John is located, from Southeast KY, to Ballard Co, KY (Do not know if ones located there) Papa Johns Pizza's high quality taste maintains a consistent applause from me❤️

I have ordered numerous times without issues from this location. I went to pick up my order today and a young guy who claimed to be the store manager handed me my order. I told him that it should have been 2 pizzas rather than whatever was in the small 2 boxes. He said papadillas are what was on the order received. I told him that wasn’t correct. He said that they make what is on the order screen and he can’t do anything to accommodate me other than charge me for new pizzas and put them in the oven. I told him that I order often and never complain or have issues and that we didn’t want papadillas but rather the pizzas. I informed him that I have ordered countless times on the app without error. I doubt I ordered wrong but even if I did, I shouldn’t be out the cost of papadillas I don’t even want. He said that they didn’t make a mistake and “YOU ordered wrong”. I asked for the GM/area manager’s number. He then caved in and begrudgingly said that he “guesses he will just give me free food” even though it “was my fault”. He also told me that I was being rude when I was not at all rude or aggressive towards him… frustrated maybe but certainly not rude. I gave them back the papadillas when I got there and got my pizzas. When you have a customer who orders over and over without issue for years and once in a blue moon has an issue, it is good business to accommodate them. This kid has a lot to learn about business and his piss poor customer service.

I Order food online took about an hour and half to get it. When I called about my food the guy was very rude on the phone and then he hung up on me.
