Waited an hour for a pizza that was never even out for delivery. Kept saying “driver is delayed” but there was never a driver lmao. We called and they said they didn’t have drivers so they were using door dash and our food had been sitting for 30 minutes. Thanks for the communication y’all SUCK!! So inconsiderate.

Sat in drive through for 36 minutes and when I finally made it to the window nobody could even be bothered to come speak with me. After another 10 minutes at the window I went inside, where I saw incompetence at it's finest. Finally got the food after many more minutes. I'm not one to typically leave reviews or complain much but, I have never had a single good experience at this location but it has never quite gotten under my skin like it has tonight.Have to say I will NEVER come back.

I eat at Papa Johns West Side Frankfort location quite often, and the food is good. I have tried a few different “Papadias,” which are essentially pizza sandwiches, and they are always hot and filled to the max with toppings! Their pizzas are always a favorite of ours, and I like their wings, too. Staff are friendly, and the location is a good spot.
