Penn Station East Coast Subs

The service is just slow. They’re always under staffed and every time I try to go here it takes 20-30 minutes to make a sandwich. I could go to a traditional sit-down service restaurant in that time.

Management really needs to staff better.

got rock hard fries that was setting for an extraly long time and no ketchup was filled after we asked them for it my salad was clear looking very old and my husband got a Philly cheese steak sandwich without anything on it he was spose to get bell pepers and onions and mayo he took it back and they didn't want to make it how the sign said the two young guys was very lazy and didn't want to make or fix our food right it was $45.00 down the drain the fries was so hard that u couldn't even eat it at all we love eating here and this was the worst time here and we was very upset we should have gotten fresh fries made at least and food made how was ordered at least

Never got over half my order after sitting there for 40min. Staff were rude. I just got up and left. Without receiving my order.

Not really sure who’s in there working but there’s absolutely no reason why I ordered online and still had to wait over 30 minutes for a small fry in the pickup window. Do better.

if yhat is a sub then those in the east coast dont have to worry about gaining weight not enough meat on this so called sub sandwich price extreme for the size i sure do miss southside deli ocala now thats a sub 1.5 lbs of meat and the fixings and under 10 bucks

My sandwich had to be remade because there was cheese on it and the remade sandwich had random small pieces of cheese on the end and in the middle. Wouldn't have an issue if I wasn't allergic.

Most recently an early December comma I hosted a bourbon tour for approximately 32 people. I worked with Chris Morgan. He and his staff are wonderful to work with. We were scheduled to stop and pick up box lunches in route to one of the distilleries. Everyone loved their sandwiches and I wanted to make sure that Chris and his staff get recognized for outstanding service. Thank you, Chris

Every time we order from here our order is wrong!!! Don’t recommend ever eating here. The food is good if you ever get the right order but the never happens. Try subway or Jimmy johns
