My sandwich had to be remade because there was cheese on it and the remade sandwich had random small pieces of cheese on the end and in the middle. Wouldn't have an issue if I wasn't allergic.

Most recently an early December comma I hosted a bourbon tour for approximately 32 people. I worked with Chris Morgan. He and his staff are wonderful to work with. We were scheduled to stop and pick up box lunches in route to one of the distilleries. Everyone loved their sandwiches and I wanted to make sure that Chris and his staff get recognized for outstanding service. Thank you, Chris

Every time we order from here our order is wrong!!! Don’t recommend ever eating here. The food is good if you ever get the right order but the never happens. Try subway or Jimmy johns

Update! I have since ordered from the same Penn Station and continue to get food wrong. I ordered today and Nancy whom took our order was lost and asked me if i could pay for my $68 bill along with Sam the cook whom eventually hung up on me as I called back telling me that my sandwiches was NOT in fact grilled/ toasted which he guaranteed me it would be in fact upon arriving home and discovering differently. I wouldn't have missed it but I had a large order of 6 sandwiches which I suppose is to much for Sam. During the call Sam assured me numerous times my sandwich was grilled/toasted and talked over me. As you can see in the picture it is CLEARY neither. I told him that the bread was like wet dough and his response was and I quote " Our sandwiches Just Like That". The only thing hot and crunchy were the fries i ordered. Needless to say we won't be back.

If I could do 0 stars I would!!! This place robbed me of $35.19!!! They blamed it on their online delivery service being changed but after talking to multiple people it’s like I was forgotten about! I never received my food and even after showing proof that I bought it and was charged nothing was done!!! I will NEVER spend money here again!!!

The 2 young men working were handling the lunch rush with ease. Smiles, greetings, called by name, and manners galore!! The food was fresh and tasty, but I will come back regularly for the attention these 2 young men had. These 2 men are what every other restaurant lacks for years. I cannot rave about them enough. They were like this with everyone. Even the drive-thru. Even as I walked out the door, they called me by name again and said Thanks again. Unreal. This is what the world needs more of. Kudos to them both. I will back and I hope to see them both. OWNER.... Take note. These 2 men will make you more customers. If you don't pay them correctly, I will hire them and bring them to my business.
