I like this location, partly due to how friendly and polite the young man was. The sub was delicious as usual!

I had the 6” cheesesteak. It was fabulous!! I didn’t want the mayo or pizza sauce.. ewww.. the sandwich was perfect! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back!!

Whoever is the manager at this place does not fully staff this store at all. Two overworked employees on a Saturday night working hard with customers coming in left and right while dealing with rude customers not understanding the issue. Poor management.

In general everything was good. I finished a long day of physical labor. I was in town and needed something quick. Just the cost was too high. Sandwich, medium fries, medium drink was $25. This is fast food not even casual dining. Rediculous.

We tried Penn State subs for the first time, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick, but the highlight was definitely the flavor of the subs. Plus, they offer fries instead of bagged chips, which was a great touch!

I highly recommend the chicken teriyaki sandwich! The staff was very attentive to my needs and seem to work well under pressure. The prices have gone a bit high lately, but for fresh cut fries and sandwiches made before your eyes, it’s a treat that can’t be beat.

Called the number twice to place a pickup order. No answer. Just rang and rang. I was hoping I could save some time. When I arrived I called the number again. I could hear it ringing. I told the person at the register that when he hears that sound he should pick up. If he is busy with a customer just let the person on the phone know. He apologized but not sure he really was. It was not busy. Two customers in the place. I spent $42 today but might decide against it next time.
