Very busy with a seemingly limited wait staff due to a huge homecoming group. We had a reservation but waited a half hour to even get a menu and our drinks ordered. Food was good but we thought it was kinda odd that an Italian restaurant did not offer bread or Parmesan with our meals.

Food was delicious, server was great, a little bit of a wait, but was worth it. We had the goat cheese and apple salad & pasta bolognese.

Had the lobster bisque and Serefini Specialty Pasta. I wish I could bottle the tomato cream sauce to take home and eat every day! Alex was our server and she was sweet, attentive, and kind.

Serafini is our town's go-to place for dining in historic downtown Frankfort. We enjoy the Serafini team, food/wine, and atmosphere. For lunch or dinner, there are lots of tasty food options with a large bourbon and wine selection. The risotto features and hot brown are always delicious. For white cloth/casual dining inside or outside or for a special celebration, Serafini creates a wonderful meal setting.

Horrible. Sit for 1 hour and only got appetizer. Didn’t even get refills on tea or water. Manager only made excuses.

Horrible service and this was at the bar. The bar tender was eating behind the bar and she had no regard for serving us. We started with a salad we asked with no croutons on the salad as I’m gluten sensitive and there were of course croutons on the salad. Felt that if the service and food started like that, we should leave and we did

Waited to long for attention, drink, service and then had to get another server to get our server to give us our check. Never offered another drink or even dessert

Our dinner was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive and our booth was cozy and intimate! Even more importantly, I left my wallet at the establishment and they were so kind to mail it back to me as I live out of town. Everyone was so kind and helpful!

Beautiful day to sit out on the sidewalk patio for our wonderful salads. Very historic street and area, made for a lovely setting for a summer days meal.
The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Food came timely and was delicious.
I would say the salads were on the small side for the price of $8.
They were side salad size.
The inside of serafino's looks very lovely, tablecloths on the tables, fun lights scattered around. Maybe next time we're in town will try the inside seating. Thanks

We were hoping for an upscale dining experience but disappointment was what we got. We waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the table and it was the owner who came and took our drink orders. We ordered the calamari, a salad and 2 entrees. The calamari was cold and very sparse for $16. Our entrees came out before the salad. My entree was not the dish I ordered and it had to be taken back. My husband was almost done before my correct entree came out. The food is expensive considering it is far from top-tier Italian food. We had to ask for bread and would have asked for parmesan cheese if the server had come back. All in all, I would not recommend and if you are visiting Frankfort, I don't know what to tell you because it was the same everywhere. Good service appears to be dead.

Haven't been here in quite a while. Went with a big group. Food was delicious! We had 14 or so, and they took good care of us. See more pics and details on Tingle Travel Agency on Facebook.
