Overpriced unseasoned food. Tiny tables and very small menu. Fries came out cold and burger was poor quality.

Had dinner here as part of a large party this past week. The service was timely and knowledgeable. Drinks were great, but only had two bottles of a premier wine from the menu. Apps were tasty and out quickly. Mains were slowwwww, and all entrees were served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a few pieces of asparagus. Very odd, but they were moderately tasty. Experience was meh....

A must go to! We can't say enough good things about Serafini. The staff were great, our waiter was very friendly with a great attitude and he was very accommodating. The food was amazing, hats off to the chef. Our steak was cooked to perfection, couldn't have asked for better. The atmosphere was also great, my wife loved the touch of fresh flowers on the table. Over all 10 out of 10 in my book, will definitely will be back.

Came here for our mother's birthday. First time trying. Place was not busy but good took over an hour. Menu was extremely limited. They were out of tenderloins. My mother chicken alfredo was very dry and literally no alfredo sauce. Fazolis is better and they don’t charge $22 for it. That’s sad. My bacon burger came out with soggy bacon like subways? Burger was bland and the fries were soggy with no salt or pepper. $18 and the chef isn’t trained to salt and pepper a french fry. Id be embarrassed to call any of the food there, my work. Final verdict….$200 check for chef boyardee food.

Service was abysmal. Once we were finally seated it took over 10 minutes to be greeted and take a drink order. Another 30 minutes before we got the drinks and food order was taken. The food wasn’t brought out to the table for over an hour and was cold. Food was unimpressive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took over 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge our table was seated. Took over 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table after ordering. Took over an hour to receive our meal at which time a majority of our six person party's meals were cold. Disappointed in serivce and food. Restaurant was not overly busy at the time of service so that cannot be used as an excuse. Due to poor portions, literally went back to our hotel and ordered food and received it faster and hotter then at the restaurant. Disappointed does not even begin to state the dissatisfaction of my groups experience. Would not recommend or even attempt to retry the restaurant next time I'm back in town.

Carlos continues to knock it out with one of the best back bars downtown. Many unicorn bourbons available - for a price. But that applies to all the bourbon bars in the area. Venture away from the usual suspects and they offer many options worth exploring.

Carlos and his staff could not be better! It is always the go to place to bring family, friends, and visitors for true southern hospitality and great food. Visit the bar area to socialize or enjoy a wonderful sit down meal. It is always a wonderful experience. Stop in and see for yourself. Reservations suggested.

Arrived for an early dinner around 5pm. Only two tables were occupied. The host tried to sit us at a two top in a nearly emptily restaurant. When I requested we be seated at an adult table, he got irritated, seated us and disappeared. A very nice waitress brought us a wine and cocktail menu. Wines were marked up 35O% by the bottle so we ordered ice tea and some calamari while we viewed the menu. There was a good selection of starters and entrees and priced comparative to most most chain stores like longhorn and Olive Garden. Calamari arrived deep fried beyond recognition. We ordered our entrees and later when the arrived the waitress asked if we wanted to keep the calamari. I said it wasn't edible. She took it away. Entries were above average. Applebees quality No adjustment for the uneaten squid. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone I am fond of. Don't waste your $100.
