If you're serving up the new specials they're to come a certain way,make it that way. For 16 bucks I want what I'm to get ,you know the whole experience. Tots were cold ,too. Girl was nice. Bummer.

Normalize small sizes again though please. Makes no sense to me that I had to jump through 80 hoops and pay $4 MORE because I wanted a SMALL combo....IT'S RIDICULOUS

this paticular sonic is not at all good the worst i have ever been to not rating the food for all sonics just this one i dont know if it is private owned or corporate the staff this night was horrible after a 55 minute wait i asked and i was told that i would get it when it was ready very unprofessional now that is one staff member so im not saying that all of those that work here are the same i really like sonic so i will go ba k one more time to see if this is normal procedure at this one and if it is better i will revise my review because i only want to put out there go help others but as of now i say beware

Forgot two of our drinks and an order of chicken tenders. They corrected it as fast as possible. There was a car accident in front of the restaurant while we were waiting on our food that involved one of their employees. Their calmness and professionalism in an extremely stressful situation was fantastic, even if it took a couple minutes to get my order straight.

When Sonic is supposed to serve both, breakfast and lunch, I shouldn’t get attitude when ordering a burger and a chicken wrap. I’ve gotten an attitude from the same cashier twice now, and I literally don’t have any clue what I did. A queso chicken wrap should have queso on it, not mayonnaise. And the smashed burger shouldn’t be so messy to eat lmao.
