Some Starbucks are great and some are bad, this one falls towards the latter. They don’t consider redeeming points (earned from overpaying for coffee) as buying the coffee so refill policy is disregarded. Gonna find a Dunkin instead where they actually mix my drink. Extra star on atmosphere is because the Kroger seems fine.

I hardly ever leave a bad review, but... I just ordered a Chai Tea; and they got it wrong. I mean, it's just Tea bags and water. In their defense (although we were the only ones in the store, but the DThru had about 6 people). So, staff, just make sure you get the right tea bag in the cup next time. Thank you!

Wheelchair accessibility: Actually. I am disabled & walk with a cane. We go to an in store location, in our Kroger. The Baristas ALL know our drinks by heart. We always order the exact same thing! I have been in a wheelchair due to leg surgery & they have taken care of me like family. I love my crew at the Starbucks inside Kroger Brighton Park, Frankfort, KY, 40601

I love Starbucks! Tho I do wish you could get more rewards on Starbucks app like every month or so. Like if you have a Starbucks account with a Starbucks card add, you could get like a free drink every month or so.
