Don’t walk in !! Inside for 15 minutes not one of the five employees acknowledge your existence.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Venti Vanilla Sweetcream Cold Brew with Cold foam on the top. And as I started to head home I took a drink of my cold brew and I felt something weird in my mouth and I pulled it out and looked at it. It was a dead fly in my drink!! I immediately turned around and went back thru the drive thru and told them that I just went thru the drive thru, what I purchased had a dead fly (bug) in my drink and that it went into my mouth. They told me to please pull around when I got up to the window a young man was there not the girl who rang me up. He apologized to me and handed me a new drink and a 4.00 off gift card on my next order. That was really disgusting They could have givin me my money back for my drink that I originally ordered and maybe a 10.00 gift card to cover my next drink. I have been going to this Starbucks for quite some time now and never have had this happen. Hopefully this doesn't happen again cause I love my Vanilla Sweetcream Cold Brews with cokd foam on the top. Wish I could add the photo of the bug that was in my drink that I took.

Great Starbucks location right in Frankfort! The staff was super friendly and made my drink just the way I like it. The store was clean and had a comfortable, cozy vibe — perfect for sitting down and getting a little work done or just relaxing. Service was quick even though it was busy, and the drive-thru moved fast too. Definitely a solid spot to grab your coffee if you're in the area.

Ok I'm just gonna say when I have to pay $6.50 for a splash of espresso and a full cup of ice SUPER INFLATED BS I will only make it a special occasion.. I asked for my ice in a separate cup because they never shake up my brown sugar espresso and was shocked that I am literally paying for a full cup of ice and a splash of oat milk and a splash of espresso 😳

We ordered through the drive-thru, and it was a disaster. She didn't understand what I wanted and gave me literally whatever she wanted. Aside from that, she gave us a really dirty look and threw away the change from my ticket. It was a bad experience.

Poor preparation, the drinks are very simple and the baristas are always in a bad mood and look at you badly, they never say hello or thank you, I go there continuously and it has always been bad service, I will not go again.

This location has no priority to Doordash, the manager clearly stated that dine in and drive thru have to be served first regardless of when doordash was ordered. It is clear to me that these delusional types think they are the ones that make the rules. I have not run into this problem at the John Davis Drive location. Wait times are just unacceptable and employees or managers don't write policies.

I went through the drive thru and it was very chaotic. The baristas were clearly very upset, and the service was terrible. A tall woman, Lynn was not kind at all. I was rushed and they didn’t bother saying hello. She couldn’t understand what I was saying in the speaker and it took forever to get through the line.
