My family and I ended up being threatened by a man in a Humvee while in line at Starbucks. For context, I have a four year-old and a six-year-old in the backseat of my car. Along with my wife.

The man kept aggressively revving up his vehicle and getting as close to my bumper as he could in an attempt to threaten me and then pulled over to my side and threatened me and said I was lucky that I had two babies in the car.

The team at Starbucks saw this and were incredibly apologetic and gave me a second to calm down before ordering and went out of their way to give my kiddos some cake pops. I won’t forget the kindness of these folks working today for understanding the situation and helping, my kiddos down.

I am incredibly grateful for this group of people and I really hope this review gets to the supervisor and franchise owner. You had an incredible team today.

I don't drink the product here it's really busy so someone does coffee my favorite drink but not here nothing against the people who work there but the company itself operates on American people working here including the soldiers that defend this country so they can. But during the time the American people and veterans put together packages to send those fighting Starbucks refused to help out stating they couldn't choose sides so I feel they should actually close up and move if you can't back the country your making millions in then you don't need to profit from it either

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Venti Vanilla Sweetcream Cold Brew with Cold foam on the top. And as I started to head home I took a drink of my cold brew and I felt something weird in my mouth and I pulled it out and looked at it. It was a dead fly in my drink!! I immediately turned around and went back thru the drive thru and told them that I just went thru the drive thru, what I purchased had a dead fly (bug) in my drink and that it went into my mouth. They told me to please pull around when I got up to the window a young man was there not the girl who rang me up. He apologized to me and handed me a new drink and a 4.00 off gift card on my next order. That was really disgusting They could have givin me my money back for my drink that I originally ordered and maybe a 10.00 gift card to cover my next drink. I have been going to this Starbucks for quite some time now and never have had this happen. Hopefully this doesn't happen again cause I love my Vanilla Sweetcream Cold Brews with cokd foam on the top. Wish I could add the photo of the bug that was in my drink that I took.
