This location does not know how to properly do Frappuccino drinks. Paid way too much for a drink to taste bitter with absolutely no flavor. No oatmilk, no caramel and no extra caramel. Absolutely disgusting.

And sometimes at this location I get a little smiley face drawn on my cup and I think I needed that this morning.

Gonna have to leave a 1 star review simply because I ordered a drink with oat milk and received a drink with almond milk. Now I know that seems crazy to leave a serious negative review about however that could have been a fatal in incident. Especially considering how I sometimes get coffee for my employees and I have an employee that is specifically deathly allergic to nuts. The reason I know it was almond milk is because I actually work with my tastes buds, have taken tests on different flavor profiles, and know the difference between almond and oat milk. The importance of whoever paying attention to what they do needs to be addressed because today they could have killed my employee who happened to go home just a couple hours ago.

Last night, I decided to swing by the Starbucks drive-thru just 5 minutes before closing time. I placed my order and when I reached the window, I politely asked if I could add a cheese danish to my order. To my surprise, the employee informed me that they couldn't sell me anything because they were close. I tried to explain that I just wanted the cheese danish without it being heated up, but before I could finish my sentence, she rudely cut me off, stating that they were closed.

I understand that it may have been inconvenient for them to prepare another item so close to closing time, but the way she spoke to me was quite off-putting. I typically try not to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it's important to highlight the importance of good customer service, especially in today's competitive market. Finally, it seemed like they were upset because they had to prepare a drink right before closing time, and as a result, my iced latte wasn't made correctly. Sadly, the coffee flavor was barely noticeable in my drink. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I believe it's crucial for the company to address instances like these to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

I love this place!

The drive-thru staff are usually all very polite, but one in particular....Kailey is very special. She always makes my day a little brighter with her sunny disposition, kind words of inspiration and prompt service.

The barista's also do a wonderful job getting my matcha tea just right.
