If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid $22 for two sandwiches. Was given maybe 6 or 7 pieces of chicken, where’s the at least one scoop? Ordered Italian herb and cheese bread, got plain bread. What a JOKE. It’s basic subway (ordered in drive thru) didn’t think I needed to check an order from subway yet here we are.

TERRIBLE. They try to give you less than what you pay for. They bs you on everything. You barely get any meat or extras you pay for. Then they have an attitude and it’s terrible customer service. Absolutely not worth it. 0/10. I’ll never go back.

I was the first one to try their Festive Feast Turkey today, and it exceeded my expectation!
The stuffing was delicious, and paired with the meat and the cranberry sauce was like an early Thanksgiving dinner.
Fully recommend anyone to try it whenever they get a chance!

I will have to make sure this is my subway shop in Frankfort KY they do service here top notch friendly they are glad you are there it was an Awesome 😎 experience and that goes a long way when I go wanting to spend money eating out

That make wish sandwiches, wish I had more meat on it sandwich. Literally 2 pieces of turkey on an entire sandwich. Definitely not a serving size of meat on it.

They do not listen and make orders incorrectly, not to mention skimpy amounts given to customers. They also get mad if you don't tip. Subway used to be a favorite but not with these current owners. I will not be returning.
It appears that I'm not the only one feeling this way as there are less & less customers there as the days pass. And if this is happening, then the food quality will be questionable since it will be sitting in the cases rotting away.
Hopefully it won't be long til new owners take over. If not, so long Subway. You'll just be a good memory from days past.

***STAY AWAY*** “MANAGER” JIMMY was extremely rude, over charged for sub of the day, and went on and told me IT WAS MY PROBLEM.. horrible customer service from JIMMY. Should not speak to customers that way, but obviously doesnt care for his local customers. ******STAY AWAYY******
