Do not go to this subway very unprofessional , got order wrong twice . Refused to fix the problem . And then started with racial slurs “all Americans are stupid” save your self the time do not come to this subways

Place appears bright and clean. HOWEVER...The veggies on the line are freezer-burned and they do not even notice. They put damaged food on the sandwich. When I asked them to change them, they put them BACK into the pan and selected different veggies. This was repeated for every single veggie down the line. It was also difficult to translate each one as my person and I didn't speak the same language. The sandwich was $14 and flat. I have had other negative situations here, so this will be the last time. There is another Subway (MUCH BETTER) just a mile towards the interstate. Go there.

This is the cheapest place I've ever eaten, I don't mean that in a good way. This subway doesn't honor coupons or online deals. They will "forget" to put things on your sandwich that come standard, and when you pay for extras you're lucky if you get it (this has happened to me more than once). The only way they make a sandwich right is if you're standing over them telling them how to build it. There are 4 subways in this tiny town, go to a different one.

I went thru the drive thru on the 5th of September. My order was wrong, so I turned around and went back inside to get my lettuce and my sauce and onions. They are skimpy on the toppings and the drive thru Lady didn't speak very good English.Someone needs to tell her to put ice in the drinks. That's common sense. She didn't put ice in my sprite. This place needs to be closed. Most of the time they are rude. I'm definitely not going to this location ever, or any in Frankfort. I'll drive to Midway next time. They're better.

This is one of the cleanest Subways that I've seen for awhile. All the food items was very fresh and had great customer service. I went in around 1030am to purchase a sandwich. Staff was borderline stingy with the toppings but not bad. She was very pleasant while making my sandwich.My only problem is that the register kept declining my card for no reason. I called my bank and was told there wasn't a transaction for Subway even trying to come out of my account. Which I found exactly weird. My bank told me that it was something with there system because that transaction should have been approved with no problem. I ended up paying with cash. I guess I'll go back and try my card again ?
