The customer service at this specific subway is not just bad, it's just non existent. The first time we ate here the younger male followed me out of the restaurant, and from what I could understand, was angry with me bc I didn't put the highchair back. I explained to him that I left it at the table so he would know it had been used and needed cleaned before somebody else used it. He proceeded to literally yell at me to follow him back and put the high chair back. When I said I would not follow him back, he yelled at me in a language I could not understand and called me "loco". I asked the Walmart associates to let the store manager know of his behavior. While I was saying this, another customer overheard and said she had a terrible experience with them also. She asked for extra sauce and he told her she wastes sauce and she gets no sauce. I've never been a business that allows this behavior.

This place is a joke. The two new people working there are so incredible rude and disrespectful. We were sitting in their lounge area when the woman worker was cleaning up the tables. (We were sitting there before she starting cleaning for reference) she got to our table and starting sweeping under our feet? She's done this before to me and I have let it go but this time I was in the middle of a conversation and thought it was rude. So, I asked her to come back after I leave to finish cleaning the table I was sitting at. She then HITS MY FEET WITH HER BROOM while yelling at me to lift me legs. She kept yelling "cleaning " "excuse me, CLEANING" In shock I asked her to wait a couple minutes as we were about to be out of there anyway. She then went and got a man who starts yelling at us to get up and move to another table that has been cleaned so they can clean that one. Fed up we just gathered our things to leave and as we were walking out the man starts shoving tables into the wall, I guess to intimidate us? I don't know. I've been going here for 8 years and have never been treated like this. Those two workers need to find a job they can handle because dealing with customers is not it. You can't just hit people with your broom. Like come on. If you want a sandwich I'd suggest going somewhere you won't be hit and yelled at.

I would give this place a zero if I could,honestly.
The younger lady(maybe 20/30’s) was so rude. She couldn’t speak English or understand me. Then their were two bugs or nat’s in the cookies & I tried to tell her and she rolled her eyes and sighed.
I asked for a side of ranch and she told me NO,yes you read the correctly, NO! She proceeded to then get me a side of ranch and tell me it was $1 extra. She was very rude and I will NOT be returning to that store ever. She made me feel like I was being a nuisance to her.

I got the new chicken and cheese foot long roll up dippers. It was nothing like the commercials. Very little chicken and a lot more tortilla. The best thing about it was the honey mustard was amazing. You guys definitely put more chicken on them if you’re gonna charge $3 a piece.

This Subway is clean, has friendly staff, and quick service. The employees are very friendly and professional, and the food is delicious!

The food was good but the customer service was HORRIBLE. The lady was rude to my man and I didn’t like it one bit. She gave attitude for NO reason, and got aggravated when I we was trying to order.
They do not honor coupons at this location! If we had known prior to stopping, we would not have gone. The workers do not know how to make the sandwiches on the menu and it's too loud in there for them to hear what you want on the sandwich. The prices have also gone up while the quality has only gone down.

Somewhat hidden off of US 127 one can always get a great sandwich at a reasonable cost. Good parking in front of store.
