This is the best subway, I have ever been too. Subs are made beyond perfect. I go there every Thursday and get 3 subs. I have ordered in store and on line. No matter how I order, everything every sub is amazing. I will not go to any other subway. The team is also amazing. Thank you all for such amazing service and amazing subs.

So I have never had a problem here. Never. Went to get my sandwich made she said what is today date I told her the 21st she said it’s only a day old talking about spinach she said it Was nasty. So I told my bf we can go to a different subway then she changed the spinach then her mom walks in. Completely stop what she was doing and run to her mom and was screaming. What hunny we in 3rd grade again? Then the other girl she was like I don’t know why the toaster is not working. It was IT WAS OVER HEATED AND MY SANDWICH WAS BURNT Then she still tried to give me my sandwich while it was burnt. Also, woke up the next morning for work. Starting throwing up EVERYWHERE me and my bf and we had to do number 2. We couldn’t get off the toilet. The names of the girls are Sarah and Alex This happened June the 21st 2024

Placed three to go orders in the last month, each order same issue. Toasted food is cold and a lack of quantity when they make your sandwich. Skimping on meat to where you feel like you’re just eating bread.
Warning to app users: This location doesn’t follow the app instructions or guidelines. Didn’t bring my order out at all after 10min of it being ready and me confirming I was there. Once I walked in they were all standing around not doing anything as no other customers were in line. I was told by the owner that I was supposed to pick up in the drive thru when that was not what I selected nor what the app said. My sandwich was incorrect, missing toppings and not cut in half as requested. Customer service was very poor and they refuse to participate in deals or sales.All other subways follow the app as instructed.
