Unfortunately theres not 0 star button, it was about 11pm when we went throught the drive through, so i know they werent closing, not entirely sure why but i ordered 3 of the new chipotle chalupas for me and the lady and was super excited about trying them seeing as i havent giving money to this company for years and this is exactly why, one chalupa a little smaller than my hand had one peice of chicken the size of a nickel on the inside, no chipotle sauce and i think one peice of a diced onion. The steak chalupa was the same exact way but there were 3 pieces of meat the width of a flour tortilla and the overall size of a pea, with no sauce. Havent been in years and quite literally wont be back, if i didnt live 20 minutes away i would have went back and cussed out the kitchen staff because who in the actual world thinks that is okay and thats what i spent over 6 dollars a piece on

I ordered off the kiosk and it took me forever to get my order I set in the lobby forever before they even saw that I ordered and they and were both looking at me whenever I was putting in my order I literally had to wait over 20 minutes and I was the only person in the lobby and noone was waiting in the drive through

So disappointed in this place. Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order and I was hungry as well so I ordered food first. First thing I hear when I pull up to the window. “NEXT TIME tell us your mobile order first and order last , we only have a 2 minute wait” I just stared at him like WTH. Then he proceeded to say “ by the look on your face you don’t seem satisfied” i just said well yes I’m very frustrated at the moment. AND THEN HE proceeded to say “well tell me about it” Idk what was on his nerve or what he is going through. But I do know you do not talk to a customer like that. It was so disrespectful. I will not be returning there.

The manager was absolutely amazing. We went in for lunch and i messed up ordering on the pos machine. He caught fixed it and gave the girls free nuggets. He was extremely kind as was everyone in there.

We love tacos! Chicken is my favorite BUT they are always COLD with very little hot the outcome is always Cold Tacos. I recommend heating the tortilla and using hotter chicken plus always giving the sour cream as a side to be added by the consumer. Otherwise i love their Tacos!!!

Last night got food for takeout and it was the worst made food. The 3 soft tacos had like a teaspoon of meat tons of lettuce and hardly any cheese. The 3, 3 cheese Chicken flatbread melts 1 had NO chicken, 1 had a single piece of chicken and the last one has 3 pieces of chicken and no sauce. The 3 classic stackers modified to have chicken and chipotle sauce 2 had hardly anything in it to the point it was just 1 bit of everything and all tortilla, one had NO chicken at all and hardly anything else. Sadly I was only stopping in for food on the road and didn’t have time to turn around on the highway to get it fixed. Sadly had to go get food somewhere else because we didn’t get filling food.
Only thing I can say about Taco Bell they forgot to put our sauces in there we had a reminder. Just a simple have a nice day type of convo make you feel at home would it work for me any other than that it was fantastic

Worst experience I have ever received. The most rude and lazy employees possible. The DoorDash order was put in 30 minutes before they closed, went to pick it up for door dash at 1:55am (before they closed) and they would not answer their door and stared at us. Went through the drive through, had to honk to get attention, the light skin man with dreads said they were closed. We asked him about the order, he said they ignored the DoorDash order, didn’t make it and failed to contact DoorDash to say there was a problem. When we asked for the order he said they would not make it as they were closed and we have to cancel the order. What a waste of time. Guaranteed they stopped taking orders 30 minutes before close and closed up shop.

Got $60 worth of gift cards for our wedding. And decided to go eat with the family. Used the kiosk we ordered $45 worth of food and started swiping our cards. The kiosk accept 4 out of 6 cards and then kicked us out. We then go to the counter and try to order and explain what happened. The lady started just swiping all the gift cards and used the rest of what we had stating the rest no longer had balances. We tried explaining that they were brand new and the kiosk took them and kicked us out. She went and told her manager Eric said that that was not his problem and he wasn’t going to do anything. So we had 6 gift cards to Taco Bell and now all have been used with no food to show for them. Thank you Frankfort Taco Bell for nothing but wasting my time and taking my money, as always.
