Worst experience I have ever received. The most rude and lazy employees possible. The DoorDash order was put in 30 minutes before they closed, went to pick it up for door dash at 1:55am (before they closed) and they would not answer their door and stared at us. Went through the drive through, had to honk to get attention, the light skin man with dreads said they were closed. We asked him about the order, he said they ignored the DoorDash order, didn’t make it and failed to contact DoorDash to say there was a problem. When we asked for the order he said they would not make it as they were closed and we have to cancel the order. What a waste of time. Guaranteed they stopped taking orders 30 minutes before close and closed up shop.

Got $60 worth of gift cards for our wedding. And decided to go eat with the family. Used the kiosk we ordered $45 worth of food and started swiping our cards. The kiosk accept 4 out of 6 cards and then kicked us out. We then go to the counter and try to order and explain what happened. The lady started just swiping all the gift cards and used the rest of what we had stating the rest no longer had balances. We tried explaining that they were brand new and the kiosk took them and kicked us out. She went and told her manager Eric said that that was not his problem and he wasn’t going to do anything. So we had 6 gift cards to Taco Bell and now all have been used with no food to show for them. Thank you Frankfort Taco Bell for nothing but wasting my time and taking my money, as always.

Placed an online order for pickup. Got home and food was cold, half of it was missing, tried to call the store got no answer. Went by there the next day explained the problem to the boy who introduced himself as the manager and he just walked away right in the middle of what I was saying. The real manager came and spoke to me and remade my food but had attitude like I was just trying to get free food so I handed him $10 and told him to have a nice day.

Good grief. Order cantina chicken tacos and all you get is shell with a sprinkle of chicken and cheese. This place is horrible. I spent 20$ and got garbage. Never will I waste my money there again, was like eating a flour shell. I could have spent that money across the street and got wayyyyy better food for that price. Talk about price gauging. I ended up having to order from another place so I could at least get my belly full. Good luck to the next person who goes and drops 20$ on a meal. You will sadly be disappointed. Kinda like when you look at the menu then you see what you get....it doesn't add up. Truly it boils down to poor management.

This Taco Bell joint is okay for a casual taco Tuesday. It’s not fancy or anything, but it gets the job done. The prices have gone up a bit, though, so it’s not the cheapest option anymore. Taco Bell is starting to feel like a last resort.

Stopped by this particular Taco Bell while looking to live más, late night. My friend and I decided not to perform a joint order, rather two separate orders. No problem there for our polite and attentive Drive Thru employee.

Not only.was service fantastic, but the items ordered were prepared with the precision I have not seen in years.

Although I'll probably never eat at this Taco Bell ever again. I'll remember the quality I experienced while thinking outside the bun.

Usually quick and friendly service. Just beware busses that can overwhelm them and drastically slow service times.

I ordered the steak combo, there were barely any food in there. The steak was flat like a ruler. Teach your staff better in making burritos. You can't go in hungry and leave hungry, because someone isn't able to do their job, and when finished throws the food on the table.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's really easy to get into the restaurant even if you're in a wheel chair and the aisles are very wide!
