Very disappointed with this Taco Bell location! You aren’t greeted when you enter the building, you don’t have anyone to take your order! You use a kiosk with no assistance even if you ask! Then I got our food which was 2 of the $7 box meals and they didn’t have the boxes so it was out in a bag all together! They could at least separate the meals into an individual bag of its own, then when I asked if they could separate the meals I was told they marked each taco so I could tell what was what! Really? So now I’m supposed to play with my co-workers food to separate it! Are you kidding me! So now that it’s all shoved into 1 (one) bag I get said food back to our work place and it’s every bit soggy and nasty because it’s covered in condensation! I also asked if the cinnamon twists I subbed instead of nachos could have some extra cinnamon & sugar sprinkled on them and I the lady straight up said “No! We can’t do that!” Really? So needless to say I will not be going back to the Taco Bell in Frankfort!

Worked late, stopped for food. I got 2 box combos. Everything I got had more tortilla than anything else. Potatoes were very hard I could tell had been sitting all day. Crunchwrap tortilla was hard as a rock. Also the order was online, noone was in drive-thru or in store and they hadn't even started my order yet arriving about 15-20 minutes after ordering. Just overall bad food,bad experience. Also one of my burritos was suppose to be steak. They gave me ground beef. I barely ate the food. Waste of money

Service was terrible! Had to order from the kiosk, and it took forever. Customer service was non existent, a lady at the register would not wait on us. The food was just thrown into the bag, and 4 adults had to open each item to see who got what. It was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

Staff was nice, these nuggets are disgusting. I actually talked with the manager (I almost never do) and he said it's normal. The nuggets are so dry and burnt they are absolutely gross and almost not edible.

I went to Taco Bell last night after a long shift and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was falling apart, and it lacked flavor. It wasn’t the quality I’d hoped for, and I couldn’t help but feel unsatisfied with my meal. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand to avoid this letdown. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider other options before coming here.
There are two Taco Bells in Frankfort less than ten minutes apart and honestly even if you are starving take the time and drive to the other one. The lady at the counter referred us to order at the kiosk so she could drink her soda, the food was stale and not well put together and they wanted to charge our son for a water cup... all in all not a fun experience at all.
Wish I could give less than one star. Every time I decide I want Taco Bell they decide they want to forget something I ordered. Maybe if they chose working over doing drugs that wouldn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 10 supreme tacos, half with no tomatoes and then we tried the new garlic steak nacho fries. So only 3 tacos had tomatoes and there were only like 3 tiny pieces each and there was no steak at all in the garlic steak fries. We spent $40 for this and they wouldn't make it right. Ray said that the best he could was 10% off our next order.
