I went to Taco Bell last night after a long shift and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was falling apart, and it lacked flavor. It wasn’t the quality I’d hoped for, and I couldn’t help but feel unsatisfied with my meal. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand to avoid this letdown. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider other options before coming here.
There are two Taco Bells in Frankfort less than ten minutes apart and honestly even if you are starving take the time and drive to the other one. The lady at the counter referred us to order at the kiosk so she could drink her soda, the food was stale and not well put together and they wanted to charge our son for a water cup... all in all not a fun experience at all.

Wish I could give less than one star. Every time I decide I want Taco Bell they decide they want to forget something I ordered. Maybe if they chose working over doing drugs that wouldn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered 10 supreme tacos, half with no tomatoes and then we tried the new garlic steak nacho fries. So only 3 tacos had tomatoes and there were only like 3 tiny pieces each and there was no steak at all in the garlic steak fries. We spent $40 for this and they wouldn't make it right. Ray said that the best he could was 10% off our next order.

Every single time I get food there, something is wrong. For instance, I just ordered one of their bowls. There was no guacamole and no sour cream. There were only what seemed like four cubes of tomato.

Serving drinks with no ice and not informing customers 1st is a problem on a hot day the drink is what I wanted most!!!!
I always have the best experience at this Taco Bell. The manager is really nice, all the workers are really nice, everyone is always happy and smiling, it is very clean in there, and my food is always hot and fresh and comes out quick! Highly recommended!

Worst service ever. Ordered a nacho bell grande with chicken instead of beef plus extra chicken beans and sour cream. I got nacho chips with 8 pcs of chicken and a scoop of beans with a dab of sour cream. It did not even have nacho cheese on it. Manager Todd said that I could have a new order if I drove the 30 minutes back and brought the nachos with me, but that it was my fault that the order was made wrong. Not worth the hour travel for mediocre food and a team and leader who does not take ownership of what they do. Todd might if he is a fortunate guy be a lifer at the franchise taco bell where the owner is satisfied with mediocrity.

Ordered a combo meal , the chalupa shell was hard and stale at the same time. First time ive had trouble from this taco bell but I dont go there much. I called the manager and she acted like she didn't believe me and said they make the chalupa shells every 15 mins. I'm not going back to this store. I rarely have any major issues with any restraunts and if it's not a big deal I don't even call a store. Mabe happens every 2 to 3 years unless I'm missing items.
