During my visit to the Waffle House in Frankfort, KY, friday night at 10pm I was highly impressed by the cook's exceptional skill in preparing our meal to perfection. Not only was he tall, dark, handsome, and well-spoken, but quiet also well-dressed and clean. He promptly cleaned his area after finishing each meal. We don't have any Waffle Houses up north so when in Kentucky I had to stop at one. Pecan waffle and a side of crispy hash browns with coffee did the trick and was everything I had hoped it would be. So simple but yet so good. Wait staff was super friendly and welcomed us yankees just fine.
