The drive-thru employee was EXTREMELY rude. Slamming the window when asked to correct a WRONG item. We received NO apology for the mistake. After having called her “manager” to assist her 🙄 she was JUST as rude. We did get the money back for the wrong item though. Sad they took time to argue with a customer in the same amount of time it would have taken to correct the mistake.

This wouldnt bother me if I hadn’t just gotten off work from an 10 hour shift moving. Ordered two meals tonight. Both being chiken and asked for ketchup. They gave me two packets, missed my JR frosty and gave me the wrong sized fry entirely. I was overcharged for what I received. Take your business elsewhere. They also got rid of one of their most popular sauces. I swear businesses get rid of everything good 🥲🥲 If you see this and you know me- No you don’t.

Went to Wendy’s through the drive thru the line was backed up, then we get to the speaker and they tell us to hold on we then waited an extra 10 minutes until they took our order, when I was telling her my order the lady did not know what she was doing and kept interrupting me as I was speaking I clearly said how I wanted my double stack biggie bags one with just mayo and one with everything get to the window wait 5 minutes before they pull us to the corner wait another 10 for them to bring our food out. The fries were cold the nuggets were also cold and one of the burgers was wrong. Costumer service does not exist at this Wendy’s clearly!

The floor was littered with trash, sticky to walk on. The bathrooms were dirty and no paper towels in the men's room. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The drink machine had no ice and the drinks came out warm. Would never go here. Threw the food out after trying it. Avoid at all costs!

Food is good 99% of the time. They have a guy working for them (age 40s or early 50s) who makes inappropriate comments to women though so I haven't been there in a while.

They also struggle with service so it feels like the drive thru is backed up forever.
