This place is HORRIBLE!!! First I walked in I already knew it wasn't going to be good as the atmosphere was not good there was employees arguing none stop and it was anything but peaceful and also the floor was sticky as well the lights were barely working and etc and when I went to go use the bathroom it smelled HORRIBLE then I went to go wash my hands and the sink wasn't working so I wasn't able to and I had to go to a different store to wash my hands but when I sat down to eat my seat was extremely sticky it was so gross and speaking about food it was 20 minutes before I got my food I am NEVER eating here again and also if I were you I would steer clear of this place too!!!

The entirety of this establishment is horrid. A couple of the employees were decent. With my experience there the place is dirty with immensely greasy floors. Managers can't even be bothered to call an employee to let them know they've been fired. People wonder why former employees go unalive entire businesses. People wonder why Manager's disappear. I just left the Wendy's on Versailles road in frankfort food was fine no problem there but the manager it's 4:09 pm 11/4/24 was making fun of an employee under talking about his mother and things that was just uncalled for it really hurt the employees feeling I consider this bullying myself

Burger was made incorrectly with a sizable clump of hair cooked into the burger. Pretty disgusting.
I went through drive thru yesterday. My order consisted of a Dave's Double add bacon combo and a son of baconator combo. I paid extra for bacon. Upon inspecting my burger once I got home, it had what I can only consider bacon crumbs on it. These crumbs wouldn't make up half a strip of bacon. A Dave's double comes with lettuce and tomato. However, the "lettuce" on my burger was about a 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch piece. Do better Wendy's.

This was my first visit to this location. This location just closed for remodeling so I thought it was doing good since reopening. The Google reviews are extremely low. I always advocate for higher pay/ increasing wages for food service / hospitality workers for the deserving.
I do not recommend sweet tea from this location due to no flavor, weak taste. I asked for sweet tea without ice because usually Sweet tea without ice is warm or at room temperature. Requested no ice due to recent medical treatment. The sweet tea without ice was cold, watered down like it had ice added to it and the sweet tea sat long enough that the ice melted and ruined the taste of the tea. I did not drink the sweet tea, I threw it away when I got home. I thought the french fries looked poorly and tasted very greasy. Results are over $11.00 for a cold spicy chicken sandwich. That seems pricey even for 2024. It's probably a good thing that I didn't go inside and notice how unclean this location was.
I recently witnessed a regional manager at another fast food restaurant performing hiring interviews and that manager would stop the interview to tell the workers that they needed to do a better job. That manager was kicking butts and taking names. I bet someone gets fired and replaced by a new hire. I would never want to remain working for a company that had a toxic workplace environment. Move on, find a better employer, if you stay and nothing changes then you are probably part of the problem.

When I entered the store, it was okay, No feeling of wanting to go back and the lady that waited on me. Same feeling. I had no explanation on the food I ordered. Cause it was seriously hot. And the nuggets did not have sauce on them.You only get the sauce on the side. If you go there, you may want to ask questions because they won't give you any guidance. I may go back there to give you another report.If they've improved or not, I wish you all the best.
