Went to Wendy’s through the drive thru the line was backed up, then we get to the speaker and they tell us to hold on we then waited an extra 10 minutes until they took our order, when I was telling her my order the lady did not know what she was doing and kept interrupting me as I was speaking I clearly said how I wanted my double stack biggie bags one with just mayo and one with everything get to the window wait 5 minutes before they pull us to the corner wait another 10 for them to bring our food out. The fries were cold the nuggets were also cold and one of the burgers was wrong. Costumer service does not exist at this Wendy’s clearly!

The floor was littered with trash, sticky to walk on. The bathrooms were dirty and no paper towels in the men's room. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The drink machine had no ice and the drinks came out warm. Would never go here. Threw the food out after trying it. Avoid at all costs!

Food is good 99% of the time. They have a guy working for them (age 40s or early 50s) who makes inappropriate comments to women though so I haven't been there in a while.
They also struggle with service so it feels like the drive thru is backed up forever.

The manager has a major attitude problem. I was there around 9:20 pm today. She yelled at the employees and me when I reminded her I ordered a coke. She proceeded to toss the empty cup at me. She needs to go if she can't practice simple respect. In addition they allow ppl to smoke right by the entrance.

Absolutely HORRIFIC service. Waited for so long, the vanilla ice cream had run out so it had to be replaced with chocolate, and most of them were different sizes.
How can you call a burger a Baconator and put half a strip of bacon on it??? FAIL

They definitely leave food out for days and still serve it. I got the cinnamon roll bites and it was rock hard. So hard that when I tried to eat it, it broke my fork. I have no doubt in my mind that if I tried to eat it, I would’ve gotten food poisoning. I do have low expectations for fast food but that is completely unacceptable. Listen to the reviews and don’t go here.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! First I walked in I already knew it wasn't going to be good as the atmosphere was not good there was employees arguing none stop and it was anything but peaceful and also the floor was sticky as well the lights were barely working and etc and when I went to go use the bathroom it smelled HORRIBLE then I went to go wash my hands and the sink wasn't working so I wasn't able to and I had to go to a different store to wash my hands but when I sat down to eat my seat was extremely sticky it was so gross and speaking about food it was 20 minutes before I got my food I am NEVER eating here again and also if I were you I would steer clear of this place too!!!
