Food was cold. Fries and chicken sandwich were no where near fresh. Bathrooms, both men and womens, were disgusting. Filth on toilets, walls and floors. Drink station and condiment bar were unclean.

The lady that took my order was so disrespectful . But the two lady’s that handed me food made up for it . They were so sweet and made sure my order was correct , they also worked with me in the middle of what seemed like a rush to make sure what I order was put in correctly!

Went here cause it was near the hospital I was at and the place was dirty and there were some kind of greasy tools right beside the drink station and ketchup all over the condiment station, I ordered a baconator and had only 2 half pieces of bacon perhaps I am wrong but that's just a cheese burger with bacon don't believe it's correct. The young folks working there were doing more talking to each other than cleaning up the messy tables and stations. I'm just glad the food tasted good

Walked in around 1:36 waited over fifteen minutes to be waited on no one even attempted to take my order or my coworkers order. And know one even acknowledged the lady and her granddaughter that was in front of me. The manger saw all of us standing their and never even attempted to help any of us

Jennifer is the rudest 'manager' working in hospitality. Hospitality is an area she fails at in life. She yells and is disrespectful to her staff while the lobby is busy with customers. She has her favorites though. Customers should not feel like they are in grade school drama when they are trying to get food on break. Yelling and cussing at her employees. Shame shame! I know she will read this and I hope she learns something. You get what you give and people hear and see you even when you think they don't.

Every time I go here, my order is not correct in some way, shape or form. Asked for a simple single w cheese meal, no pickles, extra onions. I got NO ONION. That means I did not eat my burger. Over $10 WASTED!! The number on my receipt goes to a fax machine.. I emailed corporate. DONE with these places charging outrageous amounts of money for JUNK FOOD anyway! I have NEVER gotten my order correct from this store.. just avoid!! I won’t be back.
