Used a deal from the app, which was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hamburgers were lukewarm at best. Not the hot and fresh nantra as advertised by Wendy's.
The person behind the counter lied about the sweet tea being available, that's one mistake. However I asked please do not put mustard on my food, he said they don't use mustard, what drips out of my burger ...... Globs, and, globs of MUSTARD. YUCK!!!!

I ordered online, picked it up in the drive thru and they pulled me to the curb so that the chicken can cook fresh. I waited for another 37 minutes at the curb, on top of the 20 minutes in the drive thru. I walked in to check on the status and the lady at the counter said that it is still coming. I said okay and that I would wait for it inside. I got my food after another 15 minute wait, I checked it and was missing stuff so I told the lady at the counter. She got the food that I was missing and through it at me at the front counter. The service was completely unacceptable! If you visit Wendy’s, go to the East side, they are always short staffed but you never experience this kind of disrespect. I complained to the Corporate office and of course it got swept under the rug. Nice, Wendy’s…great job.

Fries were warm, not really hot. I can't believe how just the nuggets, fries, and a drink has gone to $9!!! Better to get 2 Biggie Bags, as you get more for your $ that way. Will know next time, for surer.

Stopped for a Frosty, and decided to take home some chili also. The chili was delicious!! I love the chocolate Frosties, but I'll be glad when the pumpkin spice Frosties are gone and the strawberry or peppermint flavors return. The employees working each drive thru window usually treat me pretty good.
We went in to order and we had Linda wait on US and she couldn't get the order right she must have been 65 years old I will not go back every againI ordered one thing and got something totally different when I left I just put it in the garage like the service I

I have given this Wendy's a chance multiple times and it's always disappointing. The food is poor and the service isn't great. I was left at the window for several minutes while the girl sat and talked with her friends laughing. I ended up just going to the second window to pay bc she wasn't interested in doing her job. I've ordered multiple meals and the food is always dry and hard like it had been left under the heat lamp all day. They hardly put any of the toppings on their burgers. Don't recommend. Just go to the Chick Fil-A or McDonalds that is literally in walking distance from here. You will have better service and the food is 10x better.
