Another great White Castle experience. We seek these out because the sliders are so good. After tasting bourbon we needed a great meal to help settle our stomachs. The food matched the need well. The service was decent as and forgot to us fast. The atmosphere was ok but really weren’t looking for much. It looks like the others which is great for consistency. All in all a good experience.

The AI for taking orders is awful and impersonal. Line was incredibly slow presumably because of it. Frustrating to order and things still had to be corrected at the window. I do not understand how shutting down your second driver thru lane to allow for an AI only approach makes any sense if you still need someone babysitting orders at the window. Won't be returning.

Their new Julia AI order taker is the STUPIDEST thing I've ever seen in my life!! It's slows the drive thru down so much waited 25 minutes with only three cars in the drive thru, You can't modify your orders like you used to, "Julia" doesn't understand half of the order it really sucks!! Makes me not want to ever return to White Castle!
