I absolutely love white castle but will refuse to eat here until they get rid of the ridiculous AI in the drive through. Literally no one likes talking to a robot for customer service.

I love whitecastle but unfortunately didn’t get to eat there because the drive through took over 20 minutes with only 5 cars in front of us. Do not recommend. They have AI drive through order takers so not sure what else they need to be doing

Went at 3:40 am on my way to work. The two lady's working where so polite and prompt to help me and make everything fresh. The place was very clean and attentive. Will be my first stop from here on out. Thank you to the lady's and all the staff there you all where amazing and made my whole day.
