Went to buy a Christmas tree. Prices were average of $250 + but the vast majority were $300 +. Not a person out there to help. We finally found a tree for around $100 - one of only two around $100. As we’re looking the person loading Christmas trees yelled at us across the parking lot that those were sold. No signs, no indications - nothing. I had to ask where to look. The person loading had a nasty tone. At that price point I would have thought customer service would be decent - nope! Just stay away from this place.
My favorite place to wander and enjoy a beautiful shopping experience. Amazing varieties of plants within the greenhouse, unique items in the gift shop, and the Butterfly Garden and Kids Garden are wonderful during spring and summer. The Sage Cafe /, on site, is a treat, as well!
All we can say is WOW! Jennifer and her team (all woman-led) blew us away with the most beautiful greenery arrangements for our moody post-elopement dinner reception this October. Because this was not a wedding, we did not have a planner and Jennifer with Wilson Nurseries was so patient and flexible as we changed things around ahead of the event. Her installation was flawless and not only did she install her gorgeous greenery creations, but also brought extravagant candelabras with added greenery and a beautiful floral arrangement as a gift that was not originally included in our package. She expertly added candles to the arrangements, creating the tablescape of our dreams! We could not be more thrilled with the work of the Wilson Nurseries team and would recommend them for everything from the smallest to largest plant needs! Thanks again, Jennifer and team!
The plants are unbelievable...the Sage Restaurant food is great!!!
Excellent selection of trees and shrubs, in good condition, even late in the season. The variety of maples, oaks, hollies, etc. was impressive. They also had piles of pumpkins and squash, different sizes, colors and textures for fall decorating. Really a worthwhile place to visit.
Wonderful place to find plants; exotic and not so exotic.
I bought over $250 worth of plants on 5/26/25 to realize 4 days later that at least one of them is completely infested with mealybugs as shown in the photos. They were with my other plants which are now probably also infested. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You'd think there would be proper precautions set in place for a plant this badly infested to be sold (mind you this orchid was sitting with all the other orchids they have for sale here) I will never be back. You guys should be looked into because HOW does this happen???
Edit: in response to the reply on my review.. ARE YOU CRAZY? why would I want to EXCHANGE for a different plant that will also be infested with bugs? The succulent I also purchased from you all was completely infested with SPIDER MITES too which I hadnt realized until weeks later when it was too late. You all clearly have problems if you are selling plants THAT consumed with pests and believing YOU aren't the issue. I will stick to local stores in lexington that dont sell infested products, thanks! Overpriced and clearly ran by the most obtuse individuals imaginable. DO BETTER

I purchased a panicle hydrangea (little lime) and was told to come home and cut all my beautiful blooms off as it would rebloom in October. I have since done research to find out that this type does not rebloom. The guy in the plant center cut several off while I was standing there. So now for the rest of the season I have a horribly ugly tree. When I called the guy was completely unhelpful and unapologetic about the poor advice I was given. We spent over $200 on this tree. We will never be back.
Staff was very helpful (thank you, Jacob). Good selection of houseplants and great selection of anthuriums. Very pretty to walk around!

Incredible selection and personable, knowledgeable staff. This is a must visit for any plant lover. If you’re not a plant lover, you will be after this visit. Wide variety of gifts as well.
Very pricey. I only buy when they have something no one else has.
Wilson Nurseries is awesome! They have so many plants, shrubs and trees b it would be hard to find something that they don't have
Went for my first time with my husband and kids. Coolest place ever!!!! They have the largest selection of plants in one place that I have ever seen. 21 varieties of mint! The staff there are all very polite and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products that they sell. I bought all I could carry. But I will be back!
Staff was helpful, great selection, found exactly what we were looking for in two concrete pedestals and 2 urns. These collectively weighed around 800-1000 pounds and our suv couldn't accommodate. No problem, we'll hold on to them, a lot of people rent trailers and get help, give us a heads up when you're coming and we'll have things ready. 9 days later we did just that, hired some help and rented a trailer. Called earlier in the day to say they were coming. That afternoon none of the staff working could locate our items and after 45 mins to an hour later they gave up and told us to call Monday. On Monday lo and behold the items had been found. Unfortunately, the cost for trailer rental and labor was lost on our first unsuccessful attempt to pick up the items. Mentioning this to the manager Chris with hopes that the cost we incurred with nothing to show, due to our items being misplaced, could be somehow made up for, we were told nothing would be done. We asked for a split of that cost, a discount on delivery, or even a gift card. None of these requests would be honored. He suggested we either pay for a trailer and labor help a second time to pick the items up, or accept a refund. We went with the latter and won't be returning.
