Winston was an amazing server. He was the only one working the bar and had his own section and absolutely made it feel like there were more people. He was friendly and attentive and made sure that anything we needed was taken care of quickly. If I could give the service 10 stars I would. This man deserves a raise!

We had Winston tonight and he is fantastic!! Working the bar & serving tables, it's good to see a young person eager to work and working VERY hard. My fries didn't come out with the rest of our order but he apologized way more times than he should have. Will definitely be asking to sit in his section next time we come!!

I have been to wings & rings once before tonight, & all i had were the pretzel bites appetizer, which was delicious, loved them! Tonight i decided to wanted to try some actual wings, so i placed a takeout order. Service was great, i was greeted as soon as i walked in the door, & waited no more than a minute for my order. However I was very unpleased with my food. I’m not a complainer, but seriously I didn’t enjoy any of my food which i payed $30 for. I ordered 5 smoked wings with garlic parm sauce, 5 fried boneless wings with hot honey sauce, as well as a side caesar salad. For starters I was not given any utensils or napkins which is just annoying, but of course I have those things at home so no biggie. The garlic parm sauce tasted nothing like garlic parm, if it weren’t for the sprinkle of parmesan on top i would’ve been convinced they gave me the wrong sauce. It honestly just tasted like a mild buffalo. My smoked wings were definitely a bit burnt. As for my fried wings, they weren’t crispy at all. The breading was just wet and soft, & I only live maybe 5 minutes from the restaurant, no way they got that soggy before I was able to get home, definitely were not cooked near long enough. The hot honey was alright, however my wings weren’t tossed in it. They just poured the honey into the box, threw the wings on top, & closed it up. My caesar dressing was warm, no sweat on the cup, so it definitely had just been sitting out for a while. All in all I would not recommend getting wings from this place, which is sad considering that’s what they’re supposed to be known for.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The one time I ate dinner here there were bugs flying around everywhere. Bugs were landing in my food. Terrible experience.

Our server was a sweet lady and was the only positive part of this experience. The bad part was she had to cover an entire room alone and was too busy to even refill our drinks. Management must be useless.
The chicken wings were disgusting. They were overcooked and a bit too hard and dry. This was unpleasant but not awful. However, they STANK. They smelled like a dirty sink. I can't imagine what it would take for chicken to smell like that after being deep fried and covered in sauce.
