Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered takeout. My order was a Cobb salad, fried zensation salad, strawberry cheesecake bites, 1 Lg dr pepper, and 1 Lg handcrafted strawberry lemonade When I got there, I picked it up and drove back to my house and realized I didn't have cheesecake bites. I also received two zensation salads instead of a Cobb salad, and I also received two Lg Dr. Peppers. I feel bad for complaining like this, but it's not the first time this has happened at this location. I would've rated lower if they didn't fix the order, but I had to drive back another 10 minutes to get it fixed. When I got back, they fixed the order, but employees were on their phones with earbuds in, and they seemed a little lost. Nothing would've been wrong if they just made the order right the first time.
The cost of the meal was $38.18

Again, I hate complaining like this, but that's a lot of money for it to be messed up and have missing items.

We ordered and Mallory put our drink cups mouth side down onto the counter where everyone puts their hands. It took 18 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Zensation salad. The egg roll was just tossed into the plastic to go bag. I didn't get any dressing.

Went through drive thru they didn't give me my sauce. Was rude and disrespectful to me. Threw my food at me ! manager did resolve problem though.

Zaxbys chicken is good pricey but good i prefer a bone in my chicken makes it seem real just me i will eat here again now im no help on their supposed to be famous sauce because i dont do sauces on my food so you have to try it to find out but this one is very clean out front

I usually order takeaway food. 99% of the time, the employees are friendly.

My only issue is the decreasing sizes while prices are increasing. For the price paid, I can go elsewhere and have leftovers for the next day.

And, also that they have salads but not a designated smaller side salad. Sometimes I just want a basic small salad; one, that I could add egg or chicken to if I wanted.

I’m visiting on a business trip, I don’t have a Zax close to home. So when I drove up to the window and asked if they had the old chicken club sandwich the young lady replied; so sorry no we don’t. So I ordered the kickin chicken sandy without that nasty ol kickin sauce and ranch added my lettuce tomato and cheese, the only thing I left off was the bacon,l. The most wonderful young man with such delightful energy confirms my order and asks me if I wanted mayo I responded yes please and then I ask him do you see what I am doing there lol …he knew! I wanted that old chicken club sandy!!! He chuckled and said yes and I’ll get my OG cook back there and we will get ya that club and they hooked it up!!! The best zaxbys I’ve been to in my life! With the best OGs in da house! That sandy was the best gd sandwich I’ve had in years!!! Thanks guys!! Yall need some recognition!!

Ok I know this place usually has great food. Mobile order, doors were locked and dining room wasn't closed so I had to wait in drive thru no biggie, until I realized like 2 people were working. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru. And my sensation salad barely had any chicken, the chicken it did have was burned or just the skin no meat. Come on man. And I don't think salads are meant to be cool not hot.

Don't eat here watched the people in kitchen dig in there pants with gloves on and serve food and they are highly un professional asked for a refund they told me no Nasty Place!
