I recently moved back home after living in Utah for 10 years and the first time I ate here it was such a nice place and the food was amazing. That was in April of 2025. Fast forward 4 months later. The food is getting progressively worse. The chicken is always old and dried out and the bread is usually hard and burnt. I went through the drive thru a few months ago and when I got home with my food, my chicken finger plate had a huge heaping of fries, burnt bread, and old chicken. I was missing my coleslaw. When I called to speak with the manager he was very nice and offered to replace my meal, but he informed me that they were out of coleslaw. I paid almost 15 dollars for a meal with coleslaw and they couldn’t even tell me that they were out of it. I don’t like to complain, but I feel like this restaurant keeps getting worse. I used to eat here once a week and now I might eat here once every few months.

They gave my DIABETIC husband root beer instead of diet coke. He has a cold and couldn't tell the difference:( so test your drinks before leaving.

My shoes were sticking to the floor and their drink lids were gross and covered in grime. 🤮

Service was okay, a little slow for only having two tables on a Friday supper time. Loud music. Hard to hear employee at counter. My partner changed her order, the employee didn't hear her, so she didn't get what she actually wanted. The wings and strips were both hard dried out meat. The shake tasted weird, like it was a mixture of strawberry and cake. The Texas toast was just hot dry burned bread. No butter. My first visit to a Zaxbys. Likely last. Too expensive for poor quality food.

First time I went in it was very friendly. The waitress behind the counter was exceptional friendly. Great personality. Good with customers felt welcomed. And I went back a second time, and I had an individual, a male that waited on me. It was okay but could have had a little more training from the waitress that waited on me. The first time other than that, the food was good service was quick and it was on my way Saxby's is good.

I ordered takeout. My order was a Cobb salad, fried zensation salad, strawberry cheesecake bites, 1 Lg dr pepper, and 1 Lg handcrafted strawberry lemonade When I got there, I picked it up and drove back to my house and realized I didn't have cheesecake bites. I also received two zensation salads instead of a Cobb salad, and I also received two Lg Dr. Peppers. I feel bad for complaining like this, but it's not the first time this has happened at this location. I would've rated lower if they didn't fix the order, but I had to drive back another 10 minutes to get it fixed. When I got back, they fixed the order, but employees were on their phones with earbuds in, and they seemed a little lost. Nothing would've been wrong if they just made the order right the first time.
The cost of the meal was $38.18

Again, I hate complaining like this, but that's a lot of money for it to be messed up and have missing items.
