Ok I know this place usually has great food. Mobile order, doors were locked and dining room wasn't closed so I had to wait in drive thru no biggie, until I realized like 2 people were working. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru. And my sensation salad barely had any chicken, the chicken it did have was burned or just the skin no meat. Come on man. And I don't think salads are meant to be cool not hot.

Don't eat here watched the people in kitchen dig in there pants with gloves on and serve food and they are highly un professional asked for a refund they told me no Nasty Place!
Great food but sometimes suffers from common fast food terrors such as wrong orders, wrong drinks, and bad/cold food. Most of the time it's ok but every so often you get bad service.

Came through the drive-through after a late night, basketball game to get food for my family when we arrive home, I did not receive the food that I paid for. I received boneless wings when I paid for traditional wings. I do not live in Frankfort. I live in Versailles I was told the next time I come to Frankfort I would be able to get my meal corrected. All of our fries was burnt on our order. They told me to keep the receipt so I took a picture of the physical receipt when I went to redeem my meal that I paid for that was given to me incorrectly. The manager was very hostile and racist towards me and did not make the correction terrible customer service I was told to give my name she did not even ask me my mom to look up anything. She immediately rejected. The food it’s always overcooked. I will not be back at the Zaxby’s in Frankfort.

Love the decorations. Came around 4pm and got a chicken tender meal. Everything was hot and fresh. The cashier was really nice and actually came and checked on me to see how the food was. You never see that in fast food so that was nice.

Came through the drive-thru today. Ordered the following:
2- kids meals grilled cheese
1- classic chicken sandwich meal
3- Chitpotle taco meal with chicken dipped in tongue torch sauce
1 additional taco like the above.
My first issue is that the boxes were just thrown in the bag. Imagine tacos being upside down.
The second issue is that the chicken fingers were not dipped in tongue torch sauce. They simply threw some tongue torch sauce on top of the taco.
Third, the tacos were cold. Not just like the chicken was 30 minutes under the warmer cold, like the entire meal was put in the fridge before being served.
(I will preface that the time between getting my food and taking my first bite was approximately 30 seconds)
I am absolutely disappointed because the tacos at different locations are on point. These were a failure.
No one else had any complaints about their food.
