So I gave the atmosphere a 4 because of the long long wait. She said they were cleaning out the fryers but that means fresh food so I was good with it! I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and I enjoyed it much much more than popeyes, chick-fil-a, etc. It was so flippin good, the bo rounds are always amazing, they have pepsi zero which most places only do coke products so I was very happy about that. Last but definitely not least, we tried the Bo cookies with icing and OMGGGGGG they were out of this world, please keep them forever! Such a good dinner!
I just went through the drive through and ordered a #16 chicken finger combo. I had to wait for the fries to cook, that wasn't a problem. When I asked if the combo came with a drink I was told no. I went back and looked at the menu, and it definitely did come with a drink. So I went inside and asked for one. Then I left and opened my meal to start eating, and it was a wing/thigh meal. Definitely not chicken tenders. I was in kindof a hurry, so I didn't have time to go back, but also they didn't even give me a receipt, so there was no way to prove what I originally ordered. Just very poor service from disinterested employees. Unfortunate.

We had a 15-minute wait at the drive thru, so that's why the atmosphere was 3 star, but everything else was on point. They were whipping up a fresh batch of dirty rice and starting a new batch of chicken, so when had no problem waiting and they also hooked it up with some free fries

A combo at bo angles is about 5 dollars lesst than any other fast service restaurant and it taste good right now is time for bojangles to shine by keeping the price low and using that to shut down places like McDonald's Hardee's burger King and taco bell. Food is always excellent never have I ordered something and it tasted old

What an absolutely wonderful experience! I have visited many Bojangles locations, and this one may have been the absolute best. The server was immensely friendly, the restaurant interior was clean and attractive, and the food was delicious. Even the customers eating inside were endlessly friendly. This Bojangles is a shining testament to the franchise as well as the town of Franklin. Go here to eat for good food, friendly service, and an enjoyable dining experience!

I love eating here. My favorite place near work. The only reason food has 4 stars is that sometimes I get chicken that has sat for a few.

ordered meal at drive thru, prompt service although the chicken wasn't done , returned to get replaced. Chicken replaced, first bite, bloody chicken, gave up

Horrible experience, I went thru drive thru for breakfast...they said pull around...it would 5 mins for biscuits to be done, no problem. I pull around wait 10 mins and go in...wait inside for a other 10 mins as manager fusing at employees for being behind...my opinion management was in wrong as she had 4 people working plus her and still behind they were doing what was told from what I appeared...so long and short of story I waited 30 mins for 2 sausage,egg biscuits. Ridiculous
