Unacceptable.
Franklin, KY has 4 other pizza options -- next time I visit, I may need to direct my pizza-buying to one of those places, instead...
I was picking up a order for my work and when I got there the order wasn’t ready . I was ok with that so I just sat and waited. I am assuming the heat was broken because it was about 20 degrees in the store . I watched the cashier and the delivery driver handle money and mess with the map on the computer and then go and make pizzas without washing their hands .
