I found Babes BBQ recently by doing a google search for restaurants in Georgetown! Someone asked me have I ate at a restaurant but she couldn’t remember what it was called so I started naming places and unfortunately it wasn’t Babes but I am glad I stumbled upon your restaurant! The Awesome atmosphere of family style seating or small tables. Service is stellar from ordering your food at the counter to it being ready for you in a timely manner and brought to your table. The staff walked around checking on everyone multiple times and asked if everything was good and if you needed anything. This was an amazing dine in experience and we will be returning in the future!

Super lami ilang food. The serving is fast and the restaurant personnel are friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. The mixed seafood is superb!

I have ate here for several years, they have had a hard time due to ARSON fire, but still have the BEST BBQ anywhere. Somewhat limited menu until repairs are made but absolutely still worth visiting, great service, friendly, and still a positive attitude despite circumstances. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, and the baked beans are the best.

Stopped through Georgetown on our way to Lexington. A group of us were traveling for work and are so glad we stopped at Babes’s BBQ for lunch!! The food was absolutely amazing!! Everything is made from scratch. The service was quick and they were incredibly friendly!! It was great to be able to support a local small business!! Will come back again and especially for that homemade peach cobbler!! :) Thanks for being so welcoming to our group!!!

Strong political messages aside, the food here was only ok. I understand they don't have their full menu available now, but I tried the ribs, brisket, and some sides. The sides were ok. Green beans and coleslaw didnt have a lot of flavor but the potatoes were a stand out.The ribs were very good, fall off the bone and a lot of sauce. They are the kind of rib that's cooked very slow so they lose a lot of their texture, but they were very tasty. The brisket was bad. Totally bland and watery. The owner/hostess was very friendly,

Traveling for work and my peers and I were looking for a local establishment to have lunch at. Came across this quaint little restaurant and order the pulled chicken, slaw and peach cobbler. It all was AMAZING!! Highly recommend to anyone driving in the area. So good!! Some of the best bbq I’ve had. Dawn

No smoked bbq, only crock pot bbq. The only flavor I tasted was pork fat/grease.

Delicious food. I loved the sauce and the meat was cooked perfectly. Very friendly family service. Unfortunately they were vandalized so we didn’t get to go inside, but outside was nice.

The ratings were high so we went. So glad we did!! We both loved our lunch! The pork barbecue and the ribs, along with the sides, were delicious! Thanks!!

We did not eat here - I'll explain the rating. If you want to be rated on your food, stick to cooking and out of politics. We overlooked the religious comment on the side of the building, but the "Biden s****" banner hanging by the front door was a bit over the top. Certainly this sentiment seems a wee bit juxtaposed to the former comment about God and faith ; not to mention that parents of young children don't need the burden of explaining to their young ones why this word should not be used but is OK to post in a banner by the front door of a business. These signs are childish and offensive. I don't care how good (or bad) your BBQ is. We didn't try it because we were turned off by the atmosphere before we even stepped foot inside. We ate elsewhere and had a great meal.
