The food was PERFECT, and the lady at the front (who I assume is the owner) was very thoughtful and concocted the sauce for my sandwich based on my personal preferences (I didn’t even ask her to…she just wanted to make sure I liked it!) Wish I lived closer because I would definitely be a regular here if I did.
Vegetarian options: I got the focaccia roasted vegetable sandwich, but they said they would special make other menu items to be vegetarian as well.

We drove from Lexington, Kentucky to Georgetown to eat at bistro M and the food was delicious. The owner and his wife were very friendly and informative. The place was extremely clean and the service was excellent. We will be back and it’s definitely worth the drive.!

I was in Lexington/Georgetown on a business trip and visited Bistro M.
The food is good quality and it tasted great. I am always careful with what I eat and usually read ingredients before buying a new product in store, and inquire about food ingredients if eating in a restaurant. I tend to eat "clean" food - prepared with good quality ingredients and cooked properly (no burning and fresh). I was very satisfied with the description of food ingredients and preparation in this restaurant.
The chicken I had first time here was just as I like it - with great balance of saltiness, additional spices, and cooked without being burned and tasted juicy.
Came back next day to explore more choices.
From entering the restaurant until we left, the service was based on complete customer satisfaction - curious if we were satisfied with the experience, and if there is anything they could improve. Very pleasant personnel.
