It's been a while since going to Bojangles and it filled my craving. Service was very friendly. Could have been a little cleaner though.

God I love Bojangles. This place is ok. Not as good as the ones back home in the south, but it will do. Waited last time as the group of unattended kids (the employees) were unmotivated to serve customers. I think the place could use a couple good managers. And just so we are clear, I drove 1.5 hours to get to Bojangles because I like it a lot.

Was on the road so day and they were about to close. I asked if they had anything left and they made us fresh food 10 minutes before closing. Really appreciated the guys for that.

A basic Bojangles, one of the more northern ones... Bojangles has great chicken and biscuits that are like cake! I had to ask a couple times for sauces and stuff but other than that it was wonderful. I don't really review fast food so this was a rare occasion. Also, it was nice to see a table honoring the MIA soldiers 🇺🇲
We went to get dinner inside to go and we had to wait 7 minutes before an employee came to the counter to take our order. Finally ordered, got food, left. When we got home and started eating we were eating Mac n cheese and found a chunk of plastic in the Mac n cheese. This happened THREE separate times with the same bowl of Mac cheese.
Waited in drive through for over 10 minutes. When I was finally asked for my order, I was told "you're going to have to wait a minute." Then I was told they had no cole slaw. Service is consistently slow here, but the servers have always been friendly and apologetic. This is by far my favorite chicken, but I won't be back. Whatever you do, don't get trapped in the line!

The bo bites are good but they were not hot and the mashed potatoes was nasty and cold. 4 meals and all of them were like that basically and it was all different meals basically but none was fresh. Never again will I go to the bojangles in gtown on lunch . Horrible and they weren't busy. Now I see why

Are lunch here today and got the chicken sandwich. Delicious. Perfectly spiced. Their fries are also amazing!
The ham egg and cheese biscuit is very salty so I removed the ham then it was good to go
