The robot drive thru is a pain if you are ordering for more than one person. Our food is wrong more than it's right. Everytime we Try to go back, we are reminded why we haven't tried in six months.

Tried to come through drive through at 1015 they close at 11.. after sitting in the drive through for a few minutes with no response I rolled around to the window. They advised they had sandwiches. I asked if we could order anything else she advised no that was their late night menu. I get it they close in 45 minutes but to leave us sitting in the drive thru and then be rude when we pulled around. I’d rather you just tell me your closed 1/5 for me I won’t be back.

I called before I came and was told they have bone in chicken . So I drove 4 hours from a town in Ohio to ky just to get chicken and when I got here at 10 pm I was told they didn’t have any chicken because they close at 11pm. Instead I had to tenders because that’s all they had available.
