I have been to this restaurant three times, and each time, there has been a 30-minute wait for chicken. The only thing that you could get was breakfast biscuits. I'm not sure how a place that specializes in chicken could continuously run out. Also their fries are never fresh and you can tell they have been sitting under a heat lamp for a hour.

This place is always clean with friendly staff. Their breakfast is my favorite breakfast anywhere. I wish they had one in Lexington! Their Bo-Rounds are my favorite thing in the world! :)

The best fast food breakfast! Homemade Biscuts! Sausage gravy is good also. We also have ordered their chicken box meals, I think Bojangles is better than KFC.

I had read several positive reviews about Bojangles biscuit sandwiches.I tried a sausage biscuit, an I I found it to be very heavy with extra fats, the biscuit would have probably been excellent without all that extra fat. It wasn’t fluffy, I don’t understand why one would use that much fat to make a biscuit. The sausage was tasty and cooked correctly.I had a side of their potato things, a the were very greasy, poor frying procedure perhaps, I wouldn’t order again.Bojangles coffee is excellent and if nice size.I’ll try Bojangles once more, but if this the norm, I’ll never eat here again.

The seasoned fries are a must. I love them and it’s really the only thing that brings me to the place, I wish they offered them in a basket or a large family size bag, because even the largest version feels small.Overall a must try!

Goooood except the 2 gallons of sweet tea, they did not have sugar and they were bitter.
The food is awesome if u get it made FRESH! The reason I am only giving it 2 stars is because of one manager there. Her name is Brianna and she is RUDE AS HELL! It's HER employees that don't know what they're doing. They have screwed my order up several times from not dropping my chicken fresh to not giving me my full order. I have to drive from Lexington to Georgetown to get Bojangles and I am STUCK on their chicken so I have made several trips! So YES! I am going to call and complain EVERYTIME they screw my order up. It's not like I can just go right down the street to get Bojangles. I have to drive at least 20 minutes both ways. Thing is if u have to call them and complain to Brianna, she refuses to make it right. It's not MY fault that they hire a bunch of young kids nor is it my fault that their crew can't get it right. Not only is she rude and tells u that she isn't going to make it right but she also tells u that she will no longer fill ur order meaning u are NOT welcome back. She makes it out to be MY fault. Another thing is, if SHE was a GOOD MANAGER, SHE would make sure it's RIGHT before it is served. ESPECIALLY if u ask for it to be FRESH!!!!! I don't care if they mess up my order a thousand and ten times, if I bring the entire order back to show u WITH the receipt ( which I DID), they should fix it and make it right a thousand and ten times! Like yesterday when I ordered, I ordered the SAME thing I do EVERY SINGLE time. I get to the window to pay and the guy tries to hand me a medium drink when it was supposed to be a large (even stated that in my receipt. They can't take anything back so he hands me the medium drink and goes to make my drink large so he then comes back and says here ya go, it was supposed to be a large tea right? I said no a large Pepsi (which my receipt ALSO stated) so now I'm in the drive thru with a medium AND a large tea, so he goes back for a THIRD time and FINALLY gets it right with a large Pepsi! So, my point is, HOW WAS THAT MY FAULT???? I would recommend Bojangles BUT ALWAYS check ur food BEFORE u leave and NEVER complain to Brianna, it's useless just like she is. Always ask for Steve-O or Courtney. I understand that there are a lot of people out there that call just because they're hungry and have no money but I have been a very loyal customer and I have always wrote the managers name on my receipt and have always showed my receipt AND the food. So AGAIN, U MESS IT UP U SHOULD MAKE UT RIGHT!!! If u keep getting complaints, maybe it's not the customers, maybe it's the employees. I HIGHLY recommend going when Steve-O is working. He goes the extra mile to make sure ur order is FRESH AND CORRECT!!!!!!! My stars should prove how rude BRIANNA is, if my stars were based on Steve-O, Courtney and taste, I would have given 5 stars but with BRIANNA there they only get 2 stars from me!!!!

I ordered the 8 piece family meal and asked for dark meat only, asking for thighs and drums only.I received 2 breasts, 1 drum, 3 wings and 2 thighs. To make matters worse, the chicken was cold like it was cooked hours prior. The biscuits were hard as a rock...This is the 2nd time in a row having bad service that cost almost $30 each time. Most likely won't be returning...

Google said they opened at 5am my pregnant wife wanted biscuits and gravy and made me go there at 5am to get her food. They do not open till 6am so now I'm in the dog house cause of them lying about the opening
