Ordered traditional wings, got boneless. They were tough. Reheated them. No joy. Door Dash was good and fast.

Ordered food was incorrect. Asked for it to be corrected and the second order they brought was incorrect as well. Manager was not interested in making it right. Tried to change us for the food they made incorrectly.

Went around 9:30pm. Not many people there. Waited about 10min after ordering drinks to finally get them. Food was fine. Just the service was devestatingly bad.

We waited 45 minutes for someone to wait on us. When I got a mangers attention and told him, He treated the situation as if it was no big deal. We will not be returning to this establishment again. Horrible service.

Came in tonight and had what was honestly the most awful experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The bartender seated us. Didn’t greet us at all, just kinda stared at us. She took us to our table on the bar side in the corner and didn’t say a word. Just put the menus on the table and walked away. The waitress taking care of us took at least 5-7 minutes to come greet us. She brought our drinks. My food came out in a timely manner which was strange because I got traditional wings but it made sense when I realized they were ice cold. Barely edible. My fiancés burger came out a few minutes later and he asked for another beer. The waitress told us that last call was at 11:30… it was 11:31. Last call never got announced and why is last call an hour and a half before close? Halfway through our meal, the lights above our booth turned off so we got to enjoy our dinner in the dark.

My waitress Smelled my daughter’s drink she had Dr Pepper ordered wings on two separate occasions never received any wings Finally I had the lady take them off my bill UFC fights were on It was a pay-per-view night. You could hear The fights on the TV, but you could not see them I asked if they would turn The fights on in the back. They said they would but did not.

Well my order is completely wrong and now I've been on hold for over 35 minutes to get my issue resolved. This has to ne one of the worst experiences I've had with this restaurant. You get my order wrong and I wait on hold for this long. Plus I gave a tip for my online order. This is ridiculous 😒

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Placed order and went to pick up at time specified by BWW. Waited an hour past pick up time before food was ready. This was 1 order of 10 wings and wedges. Staff said they had several big orders that came in and those have priority. When we asked about why we had to wait and hour past pick up and why they had gave use wings without wedges the employee responded with “do you not want the order?” Food was not hot either.
We have had several bad experiences here and will not be back. Previous issues include sitting in the dinning room for 20 min with out anyone talking to us and more cold to go food.

Place an order through DoorDash when I get to it it’s a sloppy mess. I also didn’t get two items that I did order. This looks like somebody rushed through it in a box and tossed it in a bag and slung it in a car. this is absolutely disgusting Service no forks, no napkins no nothing a box full of slop

It's loud in the restaurant so if your into the whole sports bar thing you'll probably like eating there. As for me, I'll take mine to go please. Great food. Good staff.
