Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed an order online for pick up. When I made it back to work one of the wings was wrong. Called the store let them know of the mistake and that I was coming back right then to change them out, because this was on my 45 minute lunch break. Get there at 9:45 they never remade the wings now I’ve wasted my entire lunch break on their mistake. Garbage customer service! Won’t be returning.

charged for honey mustard when getting chicken tenders. will never go back.

I’m not sure why kids drinks are the same price as 20oz adult drinks. If they’re charges the same then bring out the 20oz size with lids. And why the sauces can’t be split in the order like they used to be. I’m done with this place

This is about the service that you've come to expect out of bw3s. Came to this location after calling and asking if I made the order online After experiencing multiple issues at another location that was over 30 miles away that if I came in would they be able to help, the kind gentleman told me that he would be able to help, what I was unfortunately unable to know is that they were not able to help. Gladly greeted by the manager to let us know that online orders are only to go and that we would not be able to eat our food at this location since we ordered online. Buffalo Wild Wings is actually a joke in 2025. I am 36 years old and Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the pristine wings place to go and eat, those days are long gone at every location anywhere near Kentucky Ohio or Indiana - I can guarantee that! I've also attached photos to show you how extremely slow the location is and they went out of their way to still not help the customers that are willing to pay in front of them. PATHETIC!

Madison was awesome, we sat on the patio with our dogs (3) and she was great and very accommodating!!!!

It's sad that we can all expect an order for delivery to be crap. Very cold and soggy. I got 15pc boneless wings. How hard can it be??? I just don't understand why I couldn't get fresh wings! This was my only meal at 9pm and I can't eat it. Thanks guys! I guess I can see why your reviews are horrible.

Was seated by someone upset that we asked for a booth. Gave us 4 adult menus when we had two kids. Waitress didn’t come over for over 10 minutes and when she did said oh you’ve been sitting a while you probably know what you want. Food took forever and was not worth the money. Won’t be back anytime soon

This place is not for people of color obviously! My husband and I arrived at the same time as another couple and we watched this couple be completely served as we were ignored. We were the ONLY people of color in this place. The waitress had a poor attitude when she finally came to our table and stated she didnt know we were in her section. No accountability acknowledgment or apology for the delay or bad service. Do not waste your time or money!!

Ordered traditional wings, got boneless. They were tough. Reheated them. No joy. Door Dash was good and fast.

Ordered food was incorrect. Asked for it to be corrected and the second order they brought was incorrect as well. Manager was not interested in making it right. Tried to change us for the food they made incorrectly.

Went around 9:30pm. Not many people there. Waited about 10min after ordering drinks to finally get them. Food was fine. Just the service was devestatingly bad.
