This was our 1st time visiting BK in Georgetown. We visited at 7pm on a Sat night. The food was ok, but our fries were cold and too salty. The main issue we had was the customer service. It was horrible. We ordered on the kiosk, which is fine as it seems many places are going to this method. When our order number was called, the girl at the counter forgot our cups. My daughter ordered a coke freeze, and I had to go back to the counter to remind them we needed it. We also requested 2 different sauces for chicken fries & mozzarella fries when ordering. I had to return to the counter and ask for those as well. The expeditor ticket was on the tray they handed us.....and all the things they forgot were printed on that ticket, so I'm not really sure how all the details got missed. Every table in the dining area was dirty, as were the restrooms. It's a shame the owner put so much money in rebuilding the building, but the employees and management seem to be unconcerned with making sure customers have a quality experience when visiting. We won't be back.
The food was good, but they didn't put the bacon on my husband's whopper. I couldn't find the store number for a survey.

I miss the old staff and the old BK. I was hoping the new opening would just have a new building with the same service. Now somehow the service is horrible when it used to be amazing. It's super super slow. Almost like none of them have worked fast food. I was hoping it would get better the longer it was reopened. But nope. I don't know what happened but the rebuild was not worth it! Go to the one on connector Rd.
Food as fine, but customer service was lousy. The intercom does not work the best so the young (lady) that was helping us couldn’t find our order. Noticed on ticket name was wrong so I said mam like three times. Then the young (lady) turned and said “I didn’t respond to you because I don’t go by mam”. I’m sorry but service department is not the place for the employee to be rude to customer. My kids were even upset about it.
Absolutely terrible. Everything. I waited 15 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break just to be able to order and they could not use my coupon code something about their system. and didnt honor the price listed on the coupon. They're attitude was awful and it as very clear they did not care whatsoever. Will not be returning.

The first time visiting since the re-opening, they might’ve upgraded the building but they definitely downgraded on staff and customer service.
My order was missing 3 items, upon returning they called my bf a liar when he told them we were missing items.
I swung by for breakfast before work the other day, all I heard was laughter over the speaker so I just left.
Pretty done with this location.

Hi! I have a recommendation 🖤 and I don’t mean to be rude or come off as off putting. But maybe if there was a way to make a corporate rule to where all BK stores must cook your impossible whopper patties on a separate grill. Unfortunately today my 75 year old grandfather almost died today. From anaphylaxis. He has AGS which is a red meat allergy, his food can not contact not even a the smallest amount of the fat.
He did not know he has to ask for his burger to be cooked separately from the standard whoppers. As hes 75 years old he isn’t up to date on things like that.
It’s just a recommendation. He really loves your guys food. But unfortunately his love for a whopper almost took his life today.

Our first time back there tonight after they reopened from doing a whole new make over, well the food is horrible, went thru the drive thru, I asked for cheese on my wifes original chicken sandwich, got charged for it but did not get it, what she did get is big huge chunks of lettuce, ridiculous... her onion rings were hard & burnt, my french fries were hard, my double whopper had chunks of lettuce thrown all on it & it was cold.. && here's the best part, we set in drive thru for 20 mins waiting on this mess! What a waste of $

Hello I am doing one star today, we had a bit of an issue in the drive through. We were ordering some food and they took forever not good and friendly staff they messed up on our food order and didn't give us our drinks this is very disappointing, I think they need to train their employees more sorry for this bad experience.

I wanted to grab some breakfast at the “new” BK on the way to work. I checked their websites prior to leaving home at it said open. . Me and another vehicle got to the drive thru and no one to take our order. I pulled through and drive thru signage said it opens at 6:00am. It was 6:15 am. What kind of management is this? I would like corporate to review as you shouldn’t advertise you are open and customers arrive to a closed establishment.
Waited almost a half hour in line for my food to be wrong. After repeating my self multiple time when ordering. After multiple times of correcting the the person taking the order I just had to out right tell her the order was wrong and she started the whole thing over. Either dine in where you can correct them at the counter or expect it to most likely come out wrong.
Food was warm wasn't cold an made like it was suppose to be. Even though they was a little slow giving me my order I understood. They was short staff an alot of young new faces. I was apologized to for it taking so long for my order but I know working in fast food it can get a bit crazy an being short staff doesn't help.
