Took 20 minute to get my order the staff is lazy and slow. Needs improvement. Especially the manager. His attitude while waiting was unprofessional. Threw trash away like he hated everything. If you don’t like this job. Quit and let capable people do it.

I went in to order 2 ice coffees an a large onion rings cause drive thru had a long line I knew it was busy but while I was waiting for my order the cashier was standing waiting to get a order out she stood there for 5 minutes when she had enough time to fix my 2 ice coffee an onion rings while waiting on the food but the food she was getting was the guys behind me what time she was waiting for his food she had enough time to fix my 2 ice coffee an onion rings when I asked her to cancel my order an give my money back she gave me a mean look but one of the other employees was nice enough an fixed it right up which did not take that long

Went through drive through and got two drinks a small fry and a four piece mozzarella sticks…. The only thing that was nice and right was my one drink the ice water. The service is way too slow to be a fast food restaurant. 10 minutes plus in the drive through is wild

This place is the second worst franchise next to the Burger King on the north end of Lexington on new circle rd. This location is right down the street from me but EVERYTIME I’ve come in for a breakfast biscuit they NEVER have biscuits. This store has been updated with a new face lift but still has the same old tires problems that existed before the facelift. For anyone who reads this drive by this place and drive to the other side of town where they have everything u want with better service and better staff. I will not waste my time anymore stopping by this hell hole. Sadly we as customers can’t come to Burger King and have it our way. For this location this couldn’t this is a lie as you obviously can’t have it your way. Two thumbs way down, 0 out of 10, extremely dissatisfied, Again anyone reading this steer clear of this location you will not be happy

Got sick twice, the first time I eat here i did not think anything of it until eating here a second time and coming down with a similar sickness... might be coincidence but I doubt it, you wont find me coming here again....

I went to Burger King for a late lunch and used the drive-thru. Service was quick and polite, no complaints there. However, once I got home and started eating my chicken wrap, I was shocked to bite down on a bone in the chicken.
I appreciate that they’re using real chicken, but this was a safety issue—I’m just grateful I didn’t break a tooth. Definitely not what I expected, and it made me a bit wary about ordering that item again. Hoping this was a rare slip, but it’s something that should be addressed. Won't be going back.

No matter what time of day I come. It's a 15-20 minute wait. 1 car or 5 cars in line don't matter. There's no reason anybody should wait this long for a cheeseburger and fries

This was our 1st time visiting BK in Georgetown. We visited at 7pm on a Sat night. The food was ok, but our fries were cold and too salty. The main issue we had was the customer service. It was horrible. We ordered on the kiosk, which is fine as it seems many places are going to this method. When our order number was called, the girl at the counter forgot our cups. My daughter ordered a coke freeze, and I had to go back to the counter to remind them we needed it. We also requested 2 different sauces for chicken fries & mozzarella fries when ordering. I had to return to the counter and ask for those as well. The expeditor ticket was on the tray they handed us.....and all the things they forgot were printed on that ticket, so I'm not really sure how all the details got missed. Every table in the dining area was dirty, as were the restrooms. It's a shame the owner put so much money in rebuilding the building, but the employees and management seem to be unconcerned with making sure customers have a quality experience when visiting. We won't be back.
